in severe frosts and an emergency shutdown of the electrician, the water in the pipes can freeze, so an additional diesel generator must be installed with automatic switching to emergency operation. It's not cheap. As an option - a device for a water-heated floor with insulation, which will keep the coolant from freezing, but not longer than 12 hours;
you will have to spend money on metal-plastic pipes and components, a pump for forced circulation of water in the system;
annually it is necessary to flush the pipes and change the coolant.

Infrared heaters

The most economical and simple option, which does not allow the motor to freeze. Infrared rays heat only the area to which they are directed, so it will not be possible to achieve heating of the entire room.

But, if you place an IFC lamp on the ceiling above the hood, then a 50 W model will be enough to keep the engine from freezing, and a 100 W model will quickly and directionally heat the air up to 20 degrees.
