Grind a clove of garlic in the same way, you can also use a press. Add mayonnaise, mix well. If the use of mayonnaise in your family is not welcome, replace it with sour cream, but in this case, you will need to add quite a bit of salt to the mass. Keep in mind that fish will also give additional salinity.

Put the beet-garlic mass on each piece of bread, spread evenly over its surface.


Cut the fish fillet into small pieces. If you bought ready-made fillet pieces, then lay them out of the jar on paper (napkins, towels) in advance and let the excess oil drain so that it does not soak into the bread, and the sandwich simply does not fall apart in your hands. To make sandwiches delicious, I recommend purchasing sprats from a trusted manufacturer. This time my sprats turned out to be with caviar, so the fish looked very impressive on sandwiches. Most often, sandwiches with sprats are made from white or black bread. You can also use bread rolls, however, keep in mind that they are crispy and not everyone may like them. For greasing bread, you should purchase high-quality butter.

Ingredients:

  • bread - the amount depends on how many people you will cook sandwiches for;
  • butter of excellent quality - 50-100 grams;
  • sprats in oil - 1-2 cans;
  • parsley or any other greens - a bunch.

How to cook:

Immediately start the cooking process by cutting the bread into small pieces. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance, let it “lie down” at room temperature. Now that the butter has softened, spread it on each piece of bread.


Carefully open the jar of sprats. Using a fork, spread 1 fish on the buttered bread.


Now wash the prepared greens. I most often use curly parsley, as it looks very impressive on such sandwiches. Arrange the greens on a sprig on each finished sandwich.

Hot sandwiches for the New Year


Prepare an unusual snack for your guests, it turns out to be quite satisfying. It takes a little time to cook, no more than 10 minutes. if you have puff pastry, then you can use it, the snack will be more interesting in taste.

  • a few slices of white bread;
  • 50-70 g of ham;
  • Bulgarian pepper;
  • 2 small tomatoes;
  • 60-80 g of cheese;
  • mayonnaise for lubrication.

How to cook:

Make shapes out of bread using cookie cutters. It can be stars, nuts, Christmas trees. Lubricate the bread slices with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Cut the ham into thin slices, put on bread. Chop the Bulgarian pepper into small slices and lay on the ham.

  • a jar of sprats in oil - 130-150 g;
  • 1/4 loaf of black bread or baguette;
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise;
  • 2 small tomatoes;
  • sprigs of parsley for decoration;
  • frying oil;

Cooking:

Cut the bread into thin slices about 1 cm thick. Do not make the pieces too large, they should be easy to take. Heat up a frying pan, pour some oil into it. Put the bread in the oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. Put the fried pieces on a plate and blot the oil with napkins.

Open a jar of sprats, drain the oil. Cut the tomatoes into thin circles. Spread a little mayonnaise on hot bread, then lay the tomato, salt and pepper. Put a few sprats on the tomato. Decorate sandwiches with sprigs of fresh parsley, and serve a warm appetizer at the table.

With liver and mushrooms

A snack can be not only light, but also very satisfying. Direct proof of this is the recipe for sandwiches with liver and vegetable filling. The recipe uses chicken liver, but you can replace it with pork or beef.

  • 150 g raw liver;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • bulb - 1 pc.;
  • 5-6 champignons;
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise;
  • loaf;
  • 50-70 g of cheese.

How to cook:

Clean the liver from films, cut into medium-sized pieces and set aside. Remove the peel from the onion and carrot, cut into small cubes.

  • White beans, boiled - 200 g;
  • Onions fried until golden brown - 1.5-2 medium onions;
  • Sunflower seeds - 100-150 g;
  • Salt pepper, nutmeg- to taste, from 1 pinch;

Keep the pate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.

Sandwich paste from boiled beets with nuts

We need

  • Boiled beets - 2 pcs. small size;
  • Walnuts, roasted - 100 g;
  • Hard cheese, grated on a fine grater - 2 tablespoons;
  • Butter, soft - 30 g;
  • Salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar - to taste.

Pasta for sandwiches for the New Year's table

We need

  • Leaves (without thick stems!) of parsley - from about the 1st medium bunch;
  • Walnuts, fried - 100 g;
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 100 ml;
  • Hard cheese, grated on a fine grater - 2-3 tablespoons;
  • Zest from 1 lemon;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

Carrot spread on sandwiches for the New Year's table

For New Year's spread you will need

  • Raw carrots - 1 pc. medium size;
  • Mushroom caps, boiled (no more than 10 minutes) - 3-4 pcs.;
  • Butter, soft - 1 tbsp;
  • Hard cheese, grated on a coarse grater - 100 g;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

Ingredients

  • Processed cheese (fat content from 45%) - 2 pcs.;
  • Finely chopped pistachios - 70 g;
