Not very happy with this company. We were building two-storey house for year-round living on an individual project. The project is very complicated - 4 offices from this portal refused to build such a house, which naturally affected the flaws in the design and manufacture of the wall constructor. What we must pay tribute to is in the technology of joining corners - it is really unique and of high quality, a friend from technical supervision highly appreciated the very idea of \u200b\u200bjoining without end outlet to the street. Now about the sad thing: as he said, there were gaps in the project, the timber was sawn 3 times, in connection with which, the deadlines for delivery were delayed by more than a week. Of the total amount of timber (dry 140 * 140 mm, 63 m3), 7 pieces were rejected, they were changed without complaints, although the foreman tried to “kick out” of the replacement. My opinion is for House-Skazka as a whole - they work honestly, efficiently, but with complex projects it is better to look for another company if, like me, the timing of the completion of the house is important. Today Dom-Skazka completed the construction of the next stage of work - namely, the extension of the veranda and the installation of windows throughout the house. The work was done flawlessly as usual. I am very glad! The house was built in September 2016 from kiln-dried planed shaped timber. Neighbors dissuaded us from building from dry, they said there was no point in overpaying, it would all crack anyway. Six months have passed, and this is quite enough to conclude that they are wrong. Additional cracks did not appear at all. Not a single beam has led, not a single beam has turned black. I'm attaching a photo for everyone to see. I think for those who understand wood and construction from it, everyone will understand without praising this company.

Thanks to all the employees of the House-Skazka company. We ordered the construction of a house according to our project with individual layouts. Of course, it cost us a pretty penny, a little hassle with the design, but, in general, we got exactly what we wanted and are satisfied with Skazka. The construction team managed to turn our project into reality, although there were questions about the project, fortunately for us, the foreman of the company Alexander is a very intelligent and competent man, he coped with not quite competent design. The house-fairy tale is a strange office. Our collaboration ended before it began. My husband and I are closely engaged in the search for a developer for a house made of profiled timber according to an individual project 9X9. After a long analysis, they formed a "short list", which included "Fairy Tale House" and another company.
