Technology for the manufacture of heat blocks. What installation is needed for the production of heat blocks? Heat block production line

The heat block has all the characteristics in order to remain in demand and popular material among builders.

Its main advantages are:

  • in the presence of the power part of the heat block, which makes it a durable and reliable material. As a rule, this part is made of concrete or expanded clay;
  • in the presence of an insulated part, which is made of foam;
  • in the presence of the facing side of the heat block, which is made using any pattern or ornament.

In the production of heat blocks, it is possible to obtain not only wall material, but also a material that already has a part of the insulated and facing side.

How is the production of a heat block?

At the moment, the production takes place according to a new method. The method consists in vibrocompression. Previously, it was produced using vibrocasting. This method was less technologically productive and therefore, thanks to modern mechanization of production, installations for the manufacture of heat blocks have reached a new, modern level.

As a result, productivity on such equipment has increased by 5-7 times, and the quality of manufactured products has increased by 4-6 times.

Vibropresses for the production of heat blocks can be equipped with various concrete mixers, as well as supplemented with various elements in order to improve the quality and quantity of heat blocks in one installation. If you change the equipment that produces the form, then the device will produce bricks, curbs, garden tiles.

Depending on the volume of production, the equipment of such an installation may be different. Depending on this, the price of such equipment also varies, which can cost from 350,000 to 2,000,000 rubles.

Benefits of automated equipment

The production of heat blocks on automated equipment has a lot of advantages, including:

  1. The time for which one heat block is produced is 1 minute.
  2. Energy savings, as the heat block dries at a temperature of 15-18 degrees, so a drying chamber is not required.
  3. The area required to house the equipment. On average, 50-70 sq / m of area will be required with a ceiling height of 3 meters.

The main components of the device for the production of heat blocks

Equipment that produces heat blocks must be equipped with a minimum list of devices that will make this production possible. This list should include:

  1. vibropress.
  2. Vibrating chair, for the manufacture of additional heat blocks.
  3. A table, but which can be used to cut polystyrene.
  4. Plastic molds for pressing various shapes.
  5. Plastic molds for the production of half heat blocks.
  6. Formwork, thanks to which it is possible to produce corner heat blocks.
  7. Metal plate for openings.
  8. Formwork puller.
  9. Container for vibropress made of chipboard.

Such equipment will cost about 800,000 rubles. You will also need additional equipment, including:

  1. Styrofoam cutting machine.
  2. Shelves.
  3. Steam generator.
  4. Loader.
  5. Steaming chamber.

Additional equipment will also amount to about 500,000 rubles. It is much more profitable to purchase such a device separately for component parts.

Is it possible to make a device for the production of heat blocks yourself?

It is impossible to manufacture completely all the equipment on your own due to the complexity of some devices from a technological point of view. For example, such elements include a vibrating press and a vibrating chair, a loader, formwork and its remover.

But more simple elements, you can do it yourself. It can be a table, forms, racks. However, in order for the heat blocks to be highest quality it is advisable to buy the entire device from the manufacturer.

Now it has become very fashionable to build houses from heat-efficient materials. Moreover, this is a very good solution, which allows you to save significant amounts on energy resources to maintain comfortable temperature conditions in the house. One of these materials is a heat block.

This name hides a modern building material, which is ideal for the construction of structures with high thermal performance. Reviews about you can hear mostly positive, which contributes to a very rapid growth in demand for it. Its main advantages are high thermal efficiency, excellent appearance and a very reasonable price.

The heat-insulating properties of the heat block are due to its unique design. The fact is that this product is not monolithic, but consisting of three layers:

  1. The inner surface is made of expanded clay concrete, which acts as a load-bearing wall.
  2. The middle layer is expanded polystyrene, which plays the role of a heat insulator.
  3. The outer layer is a lining and performs a purely decorative function.

The production of a heat block can take place both on high-tech expensive equipment, and with your own hands using simpler devices.

They depend on various factors: on what equipment they were made, how high-quality components were used and the cost of the product.

Technology for the manufacture of heat blocks

As mentioned above, this material consists of three layers, each of which performs certain functions. In order to combine all these three components together, several steps are necessary:

  1. First you need to prepare the solution in a special mixer. To do this, all the necessary components are added there: sand, expanded clay gravel, cement, chemical additives and water.
  2. Install the polystyrene insert manually in the matrix. In this case, it is necessary to make sure that its position exactly coincides with the protrusions on the insert itself and on the matrix. It should enter tightly, but without effort. After installation, it is not allowed that the liner protrudes beyond the bottom edge of the form.
  3. The prepared solution is poured into the matrix.
  4. The mixture thickens.
  5. The compacted material is placed in a thermal chamber for complete drying.
  6. The product is removed from the matrix and sent for packaging (in the case of manufacturing for personal use - to a temporary storage place).

It is worth noting that two methods of compacting the mixture in the mold are now used: vibrocasting and vibrocompression.

Production by vibrocasting is as follows: after filling the matrix with a mixture, it is placed on a vibrating table, where, with the help of intense vibration, it is evenly distributed throughout the mold, followed by compaction. After some time, the solution will harden and the heat block can be removed. To speed up the hardening, you can use special additives.

Production by vibrocompression requires more sophisticated equipment. In this case, a vibropress is used instead of a vibrating table. To do this, the semi-dry mixture is poured into a special mold of the vibropress, where it is compacted by a punch with simultaneous vibration. After that, the resulting material is sent to a heat chamber, where it gains strength. This method has a greater productivity and degree of automation, which reduces the influence of the human factor on the quality of the product.

Equipment for the manufacture of heat blocks

In the production of these building materials, the equipment is selected depending on the chosen technology and manufacturing conditions. For industrial production in a workshop, it would be optimal to purchase expensive equipment in which most processes are automated. The best choice there will be vibropress equipment. It will allow you to produce high-quality products at a minimum cost.

The price of such a line with a capacity of 20 m 3 per day will be about 70 thousand dollars. But this is an approximate cost, which may vary depending on many factors.

If you plan to manufacture heat blocks at home with your own hands, then you need to look for simpler equipment that has a low cost. In addition, an important condition is the simplest and most compact installation possible.

Foreman's advice: do not forget that the equipment must be powered from somewhere. Therefore, when choosing it, it is necessary to pay attention to the possibility of working from 220V.

You can get by with just a concrete mixer and molds, but then productivity will be extremely low. And the quality of the products will be far from perfect, because the degree of compaction will be low. In addition, without a heat chamber, the drying process will take 8 hours versus 4 in it.

But if you can still do without a thermal chamber, then the vibrating table will greatly facilitate the manufacture of heat blocks and increase labor productivity. So, the minimum set of equipment will cost approximately 2-4 thousand dollars.

During construction, you can significantly save on materials if you make them at home. To do this, it will be enough to purchase the simplest installation for the manufacture of heat blocks.

Today, many people choose heat-efficient materials for building their own home. This allows you to improve living conditions and reduce the cost of heating the building without additional costs. One of these materials is a heat block, the production technology of which has its own characteristics.

General description of heat-efficient blocks

They call it a heat block modern material, which consists of several layers:

  • concrete. The basis of the block, its bearing part;
  • insulation. Usually, regular or extruded polystyrene foam is used;
  • finishing. It can be one- or two-layer with decorative lining.

This material can be made in the form of lightweight expanded clay concrete blocks or from ordinary heavy concrete. The first option, due to its low weight, is used more often in private construction.

Heatblocks are characterized by a wide range of applications. It is used for cocking external bearing walls or partitions. This material is only allowed to be used in the construction of one- or two-story private houses.

The production of heat blocks is becoming massive due to the numerous advantages of this material:

  • high strength. Blocks are able to withstand a tensile load of up to 2 tons per square meter. cm;
  • durability. The heat block is able to maintain its operational properties for 100 years;
  • excellent soundproofing properties. The material is able to protect against noise 52-54 dB;
  • excellent decorative qualities;
  • insulation and finishing are carried out together with the construction of walls, which reduces construction time;
  • the heat loss of the building is reduced, which reduces heating costs;
  • 1 degree of fire safety, which complies with building codes.

Methods and stages of production

The manufacture of heat blocks takes into account the fact that this material consists of several layers. During the production process, it is necessary to connect them together and ensure reliable adhesion. For this, a special technology is used, the observance of which is possible with the use of professional equipment.

Stages of production of energy efficient heat blocks

The production of heat-efficient blocks implies the presence of several stages of work:

  • All the ingredients needed to prepare the solution are added to the mixer.
  • To obtain a heat block, sand, cement, expanded clay gravel, water, and various additives are used to improve the properties of the solution.
  • A polystyrene foam liner is manually installed in the matrix. The correctness of installation is controlled by the alignment of the protrusions.
  • The liner should not be allowed to protrude beyond the edge of the form. It should fit snugly, but without additional effort.
  • A fresh solution is poured into the prepared matrix.
  • The construction mixture is being compacted.
  • Compacted heat blocks are moved to the thermal chamber, where they are until completely dry.
  • The material is removed from the matrix, packed, and then sent for sale.

In the production of heat blocks, two methods of compacting a freshly prepared mixture are used -.

Production of heat blocks by vibrocasting

The production of heat blocks by vibrocasting implies the following:

  • To speed up hardening, special additives are added to the mortar.
  • The matrix filled with mortar is placed on a vibrating table.
  • An intense vibration is produced, which drives air bubbles out of the solution and compacts it.
  • After the material has dried, it is removed from the mold and used for its intended purpose.

What blocks are obtained after vibrocasting

Application of the vibrocompression method

The method of semi-dry vibrocompression is more technologically advanced and requires the use of special equipment. Instead of a traditional vibrating table, a vibropress is used. The technology for the production of heat blocks in this case is as follows:

  • A specially prepared semi-dry mixture is poured into the form of a vibropress.
  • The material is compacted by a punch with additional vibration exposure.
  • When compacting, when the punch presses the material to extreme point, it is necessary to relieve the pressure to 1–1.5 MPa.
  • To perform the necessary operations, the hydraulic booster is turned on, for which a special pedal of the vibroblock is pressed.
  • The compacted heat block is sent to the heat chamber, where it gains design strength.

The use of vibropress equipment in the production process makes it possible to obtain material with better performance characteristics. This is achieved high level automation and a significant reduction in the impact of the human factor.

Equipment for the production of heat blocks

Equipment for the production of heat blocks is selected taking into account the technology that will be used to implement the production process.

Making material at home

The production of such building material as heat blocks can take place at home. For this, you do not need to purchase an automated line. It is enough to purchase simpler equipment, the cost of which is significantly lower. In this case, its installation and operation is facilitated, which is important when organizing production on its own.

Some experts recommend using an ordinary concrete mixer, and pour the prepared solution into home-made forms. But do not count on high performance and excellent quality. The material produced will not be sufficiently compacted, which will adversely affect its strength characteristics. Without a specially equipped thermal chamber, the drying process of heat blocks can take up to 8 hours.

To organize home production, it is recommended to additionally purchase a vibrating table. With it, you can significantly improve the quality of the material and increase productivity. The average cost of equipment for equipping a home line for the production of heat blocks is 2-4 thousand dollars.

Production of heat blocks on an industrial scale

If you plan to release the material on an industrial scale, it is advisable to purchase an expensive line from specialized companies. It is recommended to choose vibropress equipment, where most of the processes are automated. Such lines will allow maximum efficiency produce material at a low cost.

The average cost of imported professional equipment for the production of heat blocks with a capacity of 20 cubic meters. m per day will be 70,000 dollars. At the same time, the final price of the line may change up or down depending on its equipment and other factors.

Composition of industrial scale production line

For a complete line for the production of energy-efficient material that is lined with artificial stone, you need to purchase the following equipment:

  • bunkers for storage of raw materials;
  • concrete mixer for the preparation of a building mixture;
  • vibropress for compaction of a freshly prepared solution;
  • vibrating chair for blocks;
  • forms for obtaining material of a given shape and size;
  • tables;
  • units for cutting insulation into pieces of the desired size;
  • formwork and a unit for its removal from finished blocks;
  • steam generator and steaming machine;
  • loader for moving finished materials and raw materials for their manufacture;
  • shelving for efficient storage.

The cost of the line from different manufacturers

For the manufacture of heat blocks, it is necessary to purchase a production line, which can have completely different equipment, which affects its cost. The following models are popular among buyers:

  • "Condor". Plant productivity 50-60 blocks per hour, 270 thousand rubles;
  • automated line "Foreman" with molds and a drying chamber. The cost ranges from 350 thousand to 1 million rubles;
  • "Kremnegranit" allows you to make material lined with porcelain stoneware. The average price of the unit is 300,000 rubles.

To equip home production, you need to invest at least 150,000 rubles. This amount includes the cost of purchasing a vibrating table, a concrete mixer, cassette molds and rubber liners. Formwork, racks and tables can be made independently from improvised materials. This will significantly reduce the initial investment for opening a home workshop for the production of heat blocks.

A finished house in two weeks or why we are interested in heat blocks

The world is rapidly evolving, isn't it? And along with changes in the surrounding space come new needs. We all want convenience and comfort, but most importantly, today we can afford it. To live in warmth and comfort, you no longer need to heat the stove and close the gaps between the logs with moss. No need to build for decades big houses of stone, in which drafts are hosting, giving rise to legends about ghosts, to know that your house will not burn and dry out. But most importantly, the outdated stereotype that comfort should be expensive pleasure outlived itself long ago.

The only problem in construction that we face today is selection of quality building materials. The market is replete with many budget and not very options for wall blocks and bricks. Almost all of them have their advantages and disadvantages.

But in this article we want to talk about a fairly young and in an interesting way building materials, which combines at once everything you need to build a house.

What are heat blocks

Imagine how much easier the construction process would be if residential buildings were built as easily and quickly as Lego brick houses? At the same time, the cottages could be warm and beautiful, and the whole process did not take more than a couple of weeks. Do we surprise you if we say that such material already exists, and hundreds of people have acquired houses from it?

Heat blocks
- a type of wall blocks manufactured using a special technology that allows you to combine three layers of material at once. Therefore, heat blocks have an alternative name - polyblocks, and since they have high thermal insulation characteristics, the name “heat-efficient blocks” is found.

The technology for the production of heat blocks came to us from Finland. The pioneer was the company Lakkan Betoni - founded in 1965. For 40 years, Lakka materials have been used to build houses throughout Finland and beyond.

Our western neighbors value economy and quality, so the technology has spread throughout Europe, and Russia, partly due to the cold climate, heat blocks have found their devoted consumer.

One of the leaders in the market for the production of heat blocks in Chuvashia and Russia is the company Polyblock-Stroy LLC. Since November 2015, the company, which has been producing heat-efficient blocks for more than 10 years, has become part of the Cheboksary Construction Plant, and from that moment, our close cooperation began.

Technology for the manufacture of heat blocks

Multilayer heat-efficient blocks are construction material, combining in one block:

· bearing layer of expanded clay concrete;

a layer of insulation made of expanded polystyrene impregnated with a refractory composition;

and facing layer different option invoices.

The layers are securely fastened with strong basalt-plastic reinforcement. But, let's see what each represents.

Facing layer

In the production of heat blocks, a facing layer is first poured into the matrix.

The form, the drawing of which forms the texture of the future block, is placed on the bottom of the matrix, where it is poured expanded clay concrete mortar.
For the manufacture of the mixture, the following components are used:

expanded clay (thanks to it, the thermal conductivity of the block is reduced and cold bridges are eliminated);

cement brand M500;

river sand (it does not contain clay impurities, which reduces the quality of the material);

All ingredients are mixed in a concrete mixer, forming a homogeneous mass, which is poured into molding dies.

These matrices with expanded clay concrete mortar are installed on special device- vibrating table, which by means of vibration releases excess air from the solution, thereby contributing to the improvement of the geometry and quality of the block.

insulation

Expanded polystyrene used as a heater has a width of 16 cm. The indicator of the strength grade is M25. In the workshop, wide sheets of expanded polystyrene are cut with a hot thread into even pieces of the required size.

Styrofoam
- it burns by itself, therefore, before using it as a heater, the workpieces are impregnated with a special substance - foam, which reliably protects the material from exposure high temperatures.

The blanks are placed in a matrix with expanded clay concrete mortar. Two layers are pierced with basalt plastic rods.

Reference

Basalt plastic is a modern material that has come to replace metal fittings. Unlike its predecessor, basalt plastic rods are not subject to corrosion and chemical substances and also keeps out the cold.

Bearing part

Following the blank from expanded polystyrene, expanded clay concrete mortar for the carrier layer is poured into the matrix. All components are again compacted on the vibrating table.

The matrix with future blocks is transported to special curing chambers, where, under the influence of high temperatures, moisture evaporates from them and the concrete hardens.

Warm air circulates in these chambers, the temperature there reaches 60 degrees. Heating, on the one hand, is provided by a heating boiler, and on the other hand, by diesel guns. Drying in the steam chamber is the first stage of the process in which the block acquires its strength.

The carrier layer takes on the main load from the floors, so it is the widest and strongest. Carrier layer width - 16 cm.

Already full-fledged heat blocks come out of the steaming chamber, but in order for them to solidify completely and acquire all the specified parameters, they need to stand for 28 days. That is how much time it takes for expanded clay concrete to gain strength.

The standard and most common type of block has parameters of 400x400x190 mm. But in our assortment there is also a smaller block 300x400x190. This option is ordered by those who build low-rise buildings, as well as warm garages and baths.

Additional blocks

The obvious thing is not immediately evident - how to build the corners of the house from such blocks, so much so that the insulation does not show through in these places and everything looks aesthetically pleasing.

In addition to the corners, there are window openings and doors, but you don’t need to worry about heat and appearance here, since special additional blocks are made especially for them, including:

Outer corner block

Inner corner block

block of window openings (double-sided and half);

Blocks of a doorway normal and half;

belt block

ordinary half block

When building wall corners, blocks are used that provide a closed loop (uniform distribution of insulation) around the perimeter of the entire house.

Here you need not to make a mistake and combine the insulation with the insulation and the bearing part with the bearing part when laying the material.

Dispelling the myths

People who are looking for building materials for their homes often do not trust new technologies and products. With such distrust, we fight solely due to the willingness to show and describe in detail the entire production process, as well as constantly conducting quality audits and testing the strength of the material.

The number of people who have built cottages and other objects from heat blocks is constantly growing, but despite this, many myths hover around them.

1. First of all, speaking about the disadvantages of heat-efficient blocks, people focus on polystyrene foam used as a heater. Indeed, foam plastic has a relatively low vapor permeability, but with due attention to construction details, the consequences of this property can be easily avoided by resorting to installation forced ventilation.

2. And again polystyrene foam. Someone does not trust this material, thinking that it is a fire hazard, however, we have already said and will repeat again that such fears are groundless. We would not take on the production of material that does not meet safety indicators. Even expanded clay concrete block Cheboksary Construction Plant (which is definitely not on fire) has a fire certificate. And the insulation for heat blocks is impregnated with a special composition that resists fire and contributes to the self-extinguishing of the material.

But that's not all, being sure that the three-layer blocks will withstand any test, we have already prepared a number of tests for them in the laboratory. What we will write about in our blog so that you can be sure of the quality of the material.

And as regards positive properties material, which is a fact that few people pay attention to. Do you, specifically you, the person reading this article, want to live in a house that does not meet environmental standards? We believe not.

The basis of heat blocks is expanded clay concrete, which, in comparison with many separate types of wall blocks, is considered one of the most environmentally friendly.

We wrote about testing the environmental friendliness of expanded clay concrete blocks, and we are preparing the same for polyblocks in the foreseeable future. But already now you can be sure that a house made of heat-efficient blocks will become your protection, and not a headache.

The photo shows an example of a house built from heat blocks. As you can see, using this material in construction, you can come up with a lot of ideas for planning a house, experiment with shape and geometry, and bring to life a variety of ideas.

Save money with heat blocks

Most importantly, heat blocks remain an economical material!

Most likely, while reading this review, you have already understood that a polyblock will help you save a lot on insulation and cladding. How much can at least a brick for facing such a house cost? Obviously, it will cost a pretty penny, do not forget to add shipping and waiting period. To install insulation, it is generally desirable to involve a team of professionals, which is a separate expense item.

Building from heat blocks is a constructive, economical solution for building a house. But, speaking about the savings when using heat-efficient blocks, one cannot but mention the facts that are not evident from the first time.

1. Foundation.
Yes, yes, it is him. The weight of a standard heat block 40x40x19 is 22 kilograms, the walls are built in one row using multilayer blocks, therefore, the load on the foundation is significantly reduced. For the construction of houses from heat blocks, a lightweight grillage foundation is used. At the same time, the bearing capacity of heat blocks reaches 4 floors, of course, using an armored belt.

2. Heating.
As we have already said, the width of the expanded polystyrene in the heat block is 16 cm. Expanded clay concrete - by itself warm material, and basalt-plastic rods do not let the cold through. Thus, behind the walls of heat blocks you will be comfortable in any season, and as a result, you will save on heating.

3. Increase in usable living space.
This fact is indirectly related to economy, but still worthy of being mentioned. The small thickness of the blocks allows you to increase the free space. Suppose if you build a house with a size of 10x10, then the additional usable area will be 15%, translating into numbers - 15 square meters. meters, and this is a whole room.

4. Fast construction period.
The record for building a house from heat blocks is 5 days. But, in general, it takes about two weeks to build a box at home. After that, you can immediately proceed to the interior decoration.

5. Do-it-yourself house.
If you have free time resources and decide to build a house on your own, without the help of teams, then heat blocks will undoubtedly suit you, and in the near future a section with useful tips for construction, as well as we will help you choose the right solutions seminars and webinars that you can watch online. But we understand that time is now a scarce commodity. Therefore, we offer the services of our own masons, who specialize in the construction of polyblocks.

In general, heat blocks are a great option for those who want everything at once, and at the same time know how to save money and are always looking for the best solution.

The combination of quality, aesthetic appearance and reasonable prices, to say the least in simple words, then, this is how heat blocks can be characterized.

The house you want to build, even if you don't have a lot of money, can look like a cottage from a picture drawn by the artist Thomas Kinkade.

At the same time, there is every reason to believe that the a house, even a two-story one, even within the city or not far from it, will cost less than buying an apartment.

For example:

The cost of the whole two-story house taking into account: the cost of the block, mortar, masonry mesh, polyurethane foam, truck crane, transport, as well as together with the foundation and the roof is 2,300,000 rubles.

Recall that when building a house from heat blocks, neither cladding nor insulation is needed, so the house can be considered ready. Outside, the walls of the house from heat blocks can simply be painted.

The cost of an apartment in Russia, of course, depends on the region, for example, let's take Cheboksary (Chuvash Republic), where the cost of apartments is quite low compared to other regions.

So, an apartment with a total area of 70 to 100 square meters. meters on average Cheboksary costs from 4,983,000 rubles.

The average cost of apartments in Russian cities:

City Cost, rub.)
Nizhny Novgorod 5 270 000
Moscow 19 400 000
Kazan 5 334 000
Saint Petersburg 8 011 111

You can see for yourself that, paradoxically, building a house is cheaper. Ask yourself the question - do you want a spacious cottage, with a plot where children can play without risk, or realize themselves as, for example, a gardener, get a dog and finally build a garage next to the house?

One of important components future success is a well-written business plan for the production of heat blocks. Why should this document be given serious attention? A business plan is essentially a program of action for a specific period. It covers all aspects of the business:

  • production;
  • organizational, marketing and financial aspects;
  • efficiency mark;
  • possible risks and development prospects.

You have two options: order or write such a program yourself. This information will be useful for those who decide to start developing a business plan on their own and open their own business for the production of heat blocks.

The introductory section of this document is dedicated to brief description main idea. The purpose of the summary is to draw the attention of the bank or inverter to the project. If you are interested in making heat blocks with your own hands based on personal savings using homemade equipment, then its content is built a little differently.

Market analysis should be given special attention. Anyone who wants to engage in this production must clearly understand such aspects of the sales market as:

  • potential market capacity of these products;
  • planned sales volume;
  • the level of competition in the city, region.

A separate section is devoted to the description of products in the business plan. Heat-efficient materials in recent years are increasingly gaining market share. This is due to the need to save on energy resources. The heat block is an inexpensive material that allows you to maintain comfortable temperature conditions in the house.

The production of heat blocks at home is the most effective option. You don't have to buy expensive equipment. Here you can use simple fixtures, simple and compact installations, both your own and factory-made.

Acquisition of the necessary technological equipment

The choice of equipment for the production of heat blocks is influenced by two main factors: the technology chosen as the basis and the manufacturing conditions. Set up industrial production in special workshops is possible only with high-tech equipment. Most of the technological processes in them will be carried out in an automated mode.

In this case, the line for the production of heat blocks will become the most impressive item of expenditure. When buying such equipment, you should consider the offers of various suppliers, compare prices, analyze specifications.

Purchasing a ready-made line will cost less than purchasing the necessary machines separately. To run a full-fledged enterprise, you also need auxiliary nodes, including:

  • bunker with dispensers;
  • concrete mixer;
  • steam chamber;
  • forms.

It is advisable to include in the set of equipment molds for the manufacture of heat blocks of various sizes. Forms for heat blocks differ both in size and in purpose. They are used to make blocks. different types: ordinary, corner, half, pre-window, door.

It is advisable to install high-performance units at the enterprise if there is a stable demand for manufactured products. This aspect of the business should be reflected in the financial plan of production.

Before you buy equipment for the production of heat blocks, you should calculate the production parameters. First of all, the price of the installation is determined by its capacity. A line with a capacity of up to 5 m3 can be found within half a million rubles. In the middle price range, lines are sold with a capacity of no more than 15 m3. For 2 million rubles you can purchase equipment with a capacity of 20 m3.

For start-up entrepreneurs as ideal solution Suitable mini installation for the production of heat blocks. For the production of heat blocks using a mini installation, a large starting capital is not required. You can get away with only a few devices.

This list consists of a vibrating table, costing from 50 thousand rubles and a form that has 6-12 cells. One form can be bought at a price of 10 thousand rubles. Mixing the solution will have to be done manually, and an open area should be used to dry the finished blocks. Cost savings can be achieved by purchasing used equipment.

Types of technologies for the production of heat blocks

The production process of heat blocks consists of several stages:

  • solution preparation;
  • installation of a polystyrene foam liner;
  • pouring the mold with a solution;
  • compaction of the mixture;
  • drying in a thermal chamber or in air;
  • removing the product from the mold.

Compaction of the mixture in the form is carried out in one of two ways: vibrocasting or vibrocompression. The vibrocasting method is implemented as follows. The matrix is placed on a vibrating table and filled. Due to the intense vibration of the table, the mixture evenly fills the entire volume of the mold and compacts. After the solution hardens, the heat block is removed from the matrix. You can speed up the hardening process by using special additives.

Vibrocompression is carried out using a vibropress. Features of this method - greater productivity and degree of automation. The technological process includes three main stages:

  • a special mold of the vibropress is filled with a semi-dry mixture;
  • the mixture is compacted using a punch and simultaneous exposure to vibration;
  • the material enters the heat chamber to increase its strength.

The technology for manufacturing heat blocks with decorative cladding was based until recently on the vibrocasting method. Now they produce equipment that allows you to get heat blocks with a front decorative surface by vibrocompression.

  • high heat and sound insulation performance;
  • wear resistance and reliability;
  • minimization of the overall labor intensity of the construction process.

Before you open a mini plant for the production of heat blocks, it is advisable to consider several business schemes. You can only produce material and sell it to customers. The next option is more promising: along with the production of products, engage in the provision of construction services.

Construction remains the most demanded and comprehensive area of production. Over time, the materials and technologies used are improved. Bulky and expensive materials are being replaced by new ones. More and more in the market of lightweight composite building materials, characterized by ease of use and low prices. Heat blocks are a worthy alternative to traditional building blocks.

To organize the sale of products is one of the tasks of a businessman. Implementing the product, you can specify the needs of consumers. Sale of heat blocks is carried out on the basis of the chosen marketing policy. Easy and profitable sale of products indicates its correctness.

Before you buy a plant for the manufacture of heat blocks, you should find out its completeness. In addition, it is advisable to consider the following recommendations:

  • choice in favor of modern equipment;
  • compliance of production technology with the equipment used;
  • the presence of all necessary accessories in the kit.

Two types of installations for the manufacture of a heat block can be distinguished - a vibrating press and a vibrating table. The main element of the vibrating table is the engine located below the working surface. You can build it yourself. Vibropress has a more complex design. The main components of this machine:

  • punch pen;
  • control clamping frame;
  • matrix;
  • engine.

Such a machine for the production of heat blocks is usually equipped with wheels. They allow you to quickly move the machine around the construction site. This contributes to the simplification technological process generally.

Labor productivity on vibropresses is 5-7 times higher compared to the method of vibrocasting. Vibropresses for the production of heat blocks made it possible to improve the quality of products by about 4-6 times. These machines are supplied with various concrete mixers and auxiliary elements. When changing the shape, other products can be made on them (garden tiles, borders, bricks). It also provides for the production of sand blocks using some automatic and semi-automatic vibropresses.

The total installation cost varies depending on the configuration. The approach to the configuration and types of equipment is individual. Here are provided various options: large-scale production, mini-factory, production of blocks on site. The price of equipment as of the current month is in a fairly wide range: 350,000 - 2,000,000 rubles.

Each business plan contains a section devoted to the analysis of external and internal risks and potential difficulties. A successful business is impossible without their objective accounting, forecasts and development of a plan to overcome various obstacles.
