Workplace for hairdressers: comfortable and functional. Economy class hairdressing salon Equipping and organizing the workplace of a hairdresser

Workplace hairdresser is equipped with a dressing table and chair. There are many designs of hairdressing dressing tables. Usually this is a table lined with plastic, with or without a sink built into it. The table has drawers for tools, accessories, perfumery and linen. Above the table is a rectangular or oval mirror measuring at least 60x100cm.

The hairdressing chair must have a semi-soft seat with a back and armrests, upholstery made of waterproof materials and freely rotate around a vertical axis. It is also desirable that it be equipped with a forklift, so that, depending on the height of the client, it can be raised or lowered, as well as rotated to the desired position. For the convenience of customers, the chair should be equipped with a special footrest.

The location of the dressing tables and chairs in the working room of the hairdresser may be different depending on the area of the room and its shape. Dressing tables are placed along the wall or in the center of the hall. You can also group them in two - three, etc. The main condition that must be met when placing equipment is compliance with the established distance between the chairs.

It is believed that the working area of the hairdresser should not be more than 90 cm away from the vertical axis of the chair. Therefore, minimum distance between the axes of two chairs - 180 cm.

If the work chair is located against a wall, the distance between it and the wall must be at least 70 cm.

When placing dressing tables and chairs in the premises of the hairdresser for each workplace of the hairdresser sanitary standards not less than 4.5 m2 of area is allocated.

Toilet items must be placed on the desktop in a certain order (from right to left): an alcohol lamp, a cotton pad, a jar of disinfectant solution, a powder box, a powder box, a bottle of hydrogen peroxide, etc. In this case, one should be guided by the basic rule - the more often this object, the closer it should be to the master. This will enable the hairdresser to reduce the number of movements to a minimum and therefore reduce fatigue.

The master is obliged to keep his workplace and toilet items clean. At the end of the working day, the dressing table and all accessories must be wiped with a 0.5% solution of chloramine.

The hairdresser must follow the rules of personal hygiene so as not to become a carrier of diseases. Before serving each client, he is obliged to thoroughly wash his hands with soap, paying special attention to areas of the skin where dirt can accumulate (skin folds, insular spaces, etc.).

To disinfect the premises of hairdressing salons and bathrooms, bleach is used. Processing is done with a damp cloth moistened with a solution of bleach (one or two glasses of bleach are added to a bucket of water).

Before starting work, the master must prepare the workplace for receiving visitors. When preparing for work, you need to make sure that you have the right tools, disinfect them, put them in a certain order, check the health of the tools. Prepare the required amount of linen, water, perfumes, preparations.

The hairdresser must wash hands before serving each visitor in his presence.

For all work on servicing visitors in hairdressing salons, the master must use underwear that protects the client's clothes from getting on them the compositions used in the work, as well as cut hair. These are negligees, towels, napkins and capes.

Hairdressing is one of the oldest crafts known to mankind.

The task of modern masters is to know not only the classical techniques of using the tool, to perform classic haircuts, but also to boldly introduce new equipment and new technologies.

Hairdressing services are among the most in demand in everyday life of citizens, therefore they occupy the largest volume in the labor market.

The workplace of the hairdresser is equipped with a dressing table and an armchair. The table has drawers for tools, accessories, perfumes and linen, an oval or rectangular mirror, no less than 60 by 100 cm in size, is installed above the table. axes. It is also desirable that it be equipped with a hydraulic lift. For the convenience of customers, the chair should be equipped with a special footrest. The hairdresser's working area should not be more than 90 cm from the vertical axis of the chair, therefore, the minimum distance between the axes of two chairs should be 180 cm. If the working chair is located against a wall, then the distance between it and the wall should be at least 70 cm. According to sanitary standards, at least 4.5 m 2 of area is allocated for each workplace of a hairdresser. On the dressing table, the tools and fixtures used are placed in a certain order (from right to left), taking into account the rule: the more often an object is used, the closer it should be to the master. This makes it possible to reduce the number of movements of the hairdresser and therefore reduce his fatigue, if the tabletop is not large, you can install special carts with tools next to it. For more economical work of masters, special work chairs are used.

The requirement for artificial and natural light

Premises with permanent jobs should have natural light through window openings. Illumination at workplaces must comply with established hygienic standards. It is desirable to equip common light sources with fluorescent lamps, the luminous flux of which is similar to natural light. Fluorescent lamps emit practically no heat when lit, which distinguishes them from conventional light sources. In addition to the general lighting of the working hall of the hairdresser, it is necessary to provide for each workplace and local lighting - wall sconces installed at a distance of 1.8-2 m from the floor.

A guide to opening an economy class hairdressing salon, where to start, the required equipment with an indication of the cost of the 1st workplace, the necessary staff and much more.

A hairdressing salon as a type of business has a number of undeniable advantages: it does not require large investments, is not afraid of competition, is not subject to sharp fluctuations, does not require licensing and the collection of a large amount of permits, and is quite profitable.

How to start opening a barbershop?

First of all, it is necessary to determine the scale and format of the future enterprise:

  • small establishment economy class providing low-cost hairdressing services to the population. Such institutions are designed for 1-2 working chairs and are usually located in residential areas of cities.
  • Salon, where the range of services provided is much wider, as well as cosmetic procedures and nail services. They work in a higher price category.
  • Elite, different high level service, individual approach to the client, the presence of highly qualified craftsmen, incl. stylists and image makers. Such establishments are usually located on the central streets of the city, providing visits to customers with incomes above average.

It is worth noting that despite the fact that the potential income of prestigious hairdressing salons is quite high, they do not always have the opportunity to remain profitable (including due to expensive rent), and under certain economic conditions and market conditions, they may not be in demand at all.

According to experienced specialists, it is the creation of an economy class hairdressing salon that is the most viable business project and the most reliable object for investment.

Define the concept

A business project begins with setting a goal, which is to open an economy class establishment for 2-3 places, providing the following services:

  • haircuts - simple, model;
  • creation of styling and hairstyles;
  • implementation of hair care procedures;
  • hair coloring;
  • hair curling;
  • shaving.

At the beginning of the activity, such a basic range of services will be enough. Gradually, as it develops, it can be significantly expanded.

Registering a business

In the general case, when opening a hairdressing salon, you can register it as an individual entrepreneur or as legal entity in the form of a limited liability company.

For a number of reasons, the most optimal variant of the legal form in this case is an individual entrepreneur. Why?

  • First, potential consumers of services are individuals.
  • Secondly, with approximately the same level of capabilities for LLCs and individual entrepreneurs, the degree of responsibility for the actions of an LLC is significantly higher.
  • Thirdly, the registration of an LLC is impossible without a minimum authorized capital, drafting constituent documents, the presence of the necessary attributes - a legal address, current account, round seal, etc.
  • And, finally, the IP has a fairly easy accounting and not high taxes.

In the event that several people decided to combine their efforts and finances to open a hairdressing salon, then the most suitable form would be an LLC.

As for OKVED codes, the following will suit you:

  • 93.02 - “Provision of services by hairdressers and beauty salons” - this group includes: washing hair, cutting and trimming, styling, touching up and coloring, straightening and curling hair, trimming beards, shaving, cosmetic facial massage, make-up, pedicure, manicure, etc. .
  • 52.33 - "Retail sale of cosmetics and perfumery products" and 52.13 - "Other retail in non-specialized stores”, if the hairdresser plans to sell cosmetic products, skin and hair care products.
  • 85.14 - “Other health protection activities” and 93.04 - “Physical and recreational activities” - are suitable for business expansion and include activities to improve the physical condition of a person and ensure comfort (tanning salons, baths, saunas, weight loss and weight loss procedures , massage rooms and so on.)

Features of taxation

It is worth noting the changes in tax legislation that entered into force on January 1, 2013 and related to the provision of hairdressing services to the population individual entrepreneurs. From this date, they can voluntarily apply one of the following taxation systems: UTII, simplified tax system, and also switch to the PSN patent system (letter of the Ministry of Finance of Russia dated 01.25.13 No. 03-11-11 / 31).

In general, taxation in the form of UTII is more profitable for hairdressing salons. However, if the estimated annual income is more than 900,000 rubles per year, it is more expedient to purchase a patent, the cost of which is calculated by the formula: Estimated annual income from a hairdresser * 6%.

Thus, for Moscow, the cost of an annual patent for hairdressing services will be equal to 54,000 rubles (Law of the City of Moscow of October 31, 2012 N 53 “On patent system taxation").

It should be noted that the PSN can be used exclusively by individual entrepreneurs, while the average number of employees in the tax period should not exceed 15 people.

Required Permissions

A hairdressing license is not required to operate. However, you will need a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion for public utilities.

  • According to the current legislation (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 N 584), before the start of the hairdressing activity, it is necessary to submit a notice of the beginning entrepreneurial activity in Rospotrebnadzor.
  • Equipment, premises, conditions of the hairdressing salon must comply with the requirements of SanPiN 2.1.2.2631-10. This is also monitored by Rospotrebnadzor.
  • The premises of the barbershop must comply with all established standards of fire supervision.
  • Hairdressers must have medical books.

It is also worth noting that it is advisable for the owners of a new hairdressing salon to undergo a voluntary certification procedure, which will confirm the safety of the services provided, their compliance with all norms and standards.

Requirements for a barbershop

The choice of the location of the institution must be approached very thoroughly, because it directly depends on how much income the hairdresser brings. Optimal location to open an economy class institution - sleeping areas. When choosing a room, you should pay attention to the availability of utility and electrical networks, to its compliance with the requirements of fire supervision and SES.

The footage of the room is selected at the rate of 6-7 m2 per workplace. In addition, it is worth providing a waiting area, a bathroom and a small area for staff. Thus, 40 sq.m. will be enough to accommodate an economy class hairdresser. - an area comparable to the size one-room apartment. However, it should be borne in mind that it is impossible to place a hairdressing salon in residential apartments, with the exception of cases when they are transferred to non-residential stock.

When creating a technological project, it is worth calculating and planning all the necessary zones. On its basis, a project of engineering communications (electricity, water, sewerage, ventilation) is formed. And, in conclusion, they draw up a design project.

As a rule, the selected premises will have to be renovated. However, care must be taken in choosing construction company and pay close attention to the clauses of the contract for the implementation repair work.

Required equipment

Equipment for a small hairdressing salon does not require very much, but do not forget - it must be of high quality. You should choose professional equipment designed for salons: household equipment will fail, because it is not designed for significant loads.

For work you will need:

  • Equipment and appliances: hair dryers, dryers, clippers, chairs with hydraulic mechanism (according to the number of jobs), one sink equipped with a chair.
  • Tools: combs, scissors, clips, curlers, razors.
  • Interior items and furniture: cabinets, bedside tables, mirrors, sofa, Coffee table, armchairs or several chairs for the waiting area, a hanger, a table for a computer.
  • Textile products - towels, capes, napkins, uniforms or overalls.
  • Cosmetics and consumables.
  • Computer.

Specialized companies providing services of a complete set of salons can help you choose hairdressing equipment. In addition, there are quite a few online stores where you can independently choose everything you need for your hairdressing salon - from equipment and furniture to professional cosmetics.

How much does the organization of one workplace cost?

Let's calculate the cost of a hairdresser's workplace using the example of a popular equipment supplier Image Inventor LLC:

Name Qty. Price
Sink "LENA" Frame: metal. dimensions(LxWxH, mm): 1200x730x940 1 11895 rub.
Trolley 07-VIP67 Overall dimensions (LxWxH, mm): 370x310x860. 1 3100 rub.
Hairdressing chair "Alex" pneumatic Overall dimensions (LxW, mm): 600x580. lifting mechanism: pneumatic. Base: five-arm chrome. 1 5700 rub.
Dressing table "Sapphire" Overall dimensions (HxWxD): 1740x660x300 mm. 1 3050 rub.
hairdressing tools 1 8000 rub.
Total: 31745 rubles

If we add related hairdressing products to this list, such as bowls, brushes, gloves, curlers, clips, brushes, rubber bands, etc., it turns out that the minimum cost of equipment for one hairdressing place is about 40,000 rubles.

Consumables (paints, shampoos, balms, etc.) are bought, as a rule, for 3 months of use. These costs are estimated at about 20,000 rubles.

In total, investments of about 60,000 rubles are required for the equipment of one workplace.

Personnel Requirements

For an economy class hairdresser you will need:

  1. administrator,
  2. 3-4 masters working on a floating schedule,
  3. accountant (part-time or outsourced).

There is no universal way to find a good master. You can prefer young professionals or opt for more experienced ones, while it should be borne in mind that the latter will most likely cost more. You can search for employees by ads, via the Internet and by recommendations. Of course, a good choice of specialists is an important component in deciding how to attract clients.

The salary of a master hairdresser is usually set at the rate of 20-40% of the proceeds. It is necessary to formalize labor relations with employees and remember that all employees in the hairdresser must have health books.

It is also worth considering the following feature of the business: regular customers, as a rule, want to be served by a certain master, therefore, in the event of a specialist being fired, the salon is likely to lose its customers as well.

Franchise on the subject:"The strands are in order" public hairdressing salon, investment 0.5 million rubles, payback 7 months.

Anyone who buys or rents a space to organize a hairdressing salon is faced with the need to equip workplaces. This issue should be given close attention to initial stage, since the further functioning and attendance of the beauty salon depends on the correct approach to ensuring the convenience of specialists and visitors.

All workplaces in one hairdressing salon are designed in the same style, color scheme, one by one general rules. In addition to convenience, when organizing a workplace for a hairdresser, it is necessary to take into account labor protection requirements. These requirements in each salon are developed individually, based on the specifics of the services provided. The developed requirements are drawn up in a special instruction, which is introduced to all masters against signature.

According to the current legislation, the hairdresser must be given a special uniform and personal protective equipment, which he must use during his work.

Workplace design

The design of the workplace begins with its configuration with the necessary equipment.

First of all, a table with bedside tables and drawers, mirrors and chairs for clients are purchased.

Armchairs should be comfortable both for visitors and for the craftsmen working with them. They can be with one or three levers. Armchairs with three levers are more functional: the first lever raises the seat, the second lowers it, and the third turns it to the sides. For the convenience of visitors, the chairs are equipped with a special footrest.

The chair is installed in such a way that the light does not fall on the mirror, but on the client himself. By the way, high-quality artificial lighting is an integral element of the hairdresser's workplace, which ensures high-quality and professional work.

Distance between seat and working area hairdresser should not exceed 90 centimeters, the distance between two chairs should be at least 180 centimeters. According to sanitary standards, the total area of the workplace of a hairdresser, with an armchair and a table, should be at least 4.5 square meters. m.

Hairdresser's working tools are placed on the table and in special cabinets. Sharp instruments are stored in one drawer, towels and napkins in others. All items should be in their places so that each master can quickly find the right equipment. The items that the hairdresser uses most often should be closest to him, to minimize the number of movements and fatigue.

Requirements for the organization of the workplace

When organizing a place to work, production factors that directly affect the work of a hairdresser should be taken into account.

These are factors such as:

  • features of the use of power tools;
  • air temperature rising due to the operation of hair dryers and heating appliances;
  • increased voltage in the mains;
  • prolonged static physical activity (standing work);
  • contact with chemicals(varnishes, synthetic detergents etc.).

Taking into account these factors, the organization of jobs takes place.

To avoid overheating, the room is equipped with air conditioners ( average temperature should not be higher than 22 degrees Celsius).

IN winter period The air temperature is controlled by heating devices.

Armchairs, bedside tables and mirrors must be of high quality, as they contain a lot of small parts that affect their operation. As soon as some fixture fails, the bedside tables will stop closing, and liquids will begin to spill.

It is advisable to purchase large mirrors: in them, customers will be able to see not only new hairstyles, but also their entire new image, combined with clothing details. In addition, large mirrors visually expand the boundaries of the room and increase the total area of the hall.

Work organization rules

Only those hairdressers who have passed mandatory medical examinations can be allowed to work. This makes it possible to exclude the admission to work of persons who this species activity is contraindicated, and prevent the spread of viral diseases.

Each hairdresser must follow a certain set of rules:

  • scissors are stored in special cases in which, if necessary, they are transferred to other craftsmen;
  • if the workplace is contaminated with any substances (shampoos, solutions), work stops until they are removed;
  • electrical appliances should be turned off after 30 minutes of continuous operation to avoid overheating and damage;

  • do not turn on electrical appliances with wet hands;
  • in the event of a breakdown of the devices, the operation of the equipment and the supply of electricity to it are stopped;
  • when coloring hair, you need to use means to protect your hands;
  • perm is done at a workplace equipped with an exhaust hood;
  • after completion of work, all electrical appliances are disconnected from the network, containers with solutions are tightly closed with lids, the equipment is disinfected and cleaned in specially designated places.

It should be remembered that the hairdresser must keep the workplace clean, sweep the cut hair, clean up spilled liquids and do everything to make the hairdresser comfortable for both employees and clients.

Good to know→New on this site

Many people are planning to open a beauty salon today. This is very profitable business if everything is done correctly. However, there are a thousand little things that not everyone can take into account in advance. At the last moment, it may be necessary to modify the premises so that they can pass all the checks by the regulatory authorities. Beauty salons are checked by the fire brigade, Rospotrebnadzor and other organizations. They all set their own requirements.

Often, the owners of a new business for themselves forget about the “Consumer Corner”. This is an ordinary stand, which must be present in hairdressers, beauty salons and other establishments working with private individuals. There is no problem with the purchase of such structures, but it is extremely important that this stand fits into the interior. So that it is possible to fulfill legislative formalities, while receiving decoration of the premises. At the booth, you will need to collect all the information that may be useful to customers. A high-quality and attractive consumer corner in a beauty salon will not only meet all the requirements of regulatory authorities, but will also fit perfectly into the interior.

Non-standard design will allow even with small sizes draw attention to yourself.

The pictures offered by the stand manufacturer can be completely free of charge replaced by others by offering, for example, your own. Standard options will good decision in the event that you need to arrange everything as quickly as possible. As a temporary measure, you can also place all the required documents in a regular stationery folder of sufficient size for this. Then it remains only to put the desired heading on it and hang it in such a way that visitors have access to it.

It should be borne in mind that there are no requirements for the appearance of the corners of the consumer. The main thing is that all important information is available to buyers. You can look at other examples of stands and choose something suitable for a particular institution. Of course, it is also possible to make a “Consumer's Corner” stand on your own, however, in terms of quality and appearance, it will most likely be inferior to the products of professionals. Such stands are quite cheap, so even novice businessmen, whose financial difficulties are common, can afford to buy them. Having bought once a high-quality design, it will be possible to use it in the future for a very long time. Refresh appearance it will be easy if it is provided in advance by the manufacturer.

Sanitary and hygienic rules for hairdressing salons

It is necessary to carefully carry out sanitary and hygienic measures. Hairdressing services must be provided in exemplary sanitary and hygienic conditions. The temperature of the working premises of hairdressing salons is 18-20 °С. When using devices - hair dryers, dryers, hot water when washing the head - additional heating of the air is created and the atmosphere in the hall is moistened.

A large amount of gaseous products from the products used in the treatment of hair requires good ventilation of the room.

Power supply and exhaust ventilation should ensure normal working conditions in the halls.

In small hairdressing salons, ventilation is carried out naturally through vents, transoms, windows, etc.

When using an air conditioning system, you should monitor the condition of the surface of the filters, visually assess their contamination and clean or replace them in a timely manner.

Control over the operation of ventilation installations should be carried out by special organizations at least once a year.

Tables, chairs before starting work and after each client should be wiped with a damp cloth, and after work - with a cloth soaked in a 1% chloramine solution. Work on cleaning the premises, disinfecting furniture should be done with gloves to protect the skin of the hands.

There are the following sanitary and hygienic rules for all hairdressing salons:

  • The barbershop should be separate, kept clean and tidy, and ventilated frequently.
  • The walls should be light, the ceiling height should be at least 2 m; their surface should be smooth and easy to clean. The floor must be made of a smooth moisture-proof material, without cracks.
  • The surface of the equipment used by the consumer service establishment must be smooth. Cushioned furniture must be completely covered with a material that does not collect dust.
  • The business must have running water.
  • The hairdresser should have enough linen. Clean linen is stored in special pantries.
  • Workers' clothes should be kept in special lockers.
  • Tools and instruments must be disinfected and sterilized before use. At the request of the client, this procedure is carried out in his presence.
  • Hairdressing tools are sterilized by heating in sterilizers, disinfected for 10 minutes in 70% alcohol, 5% formalin solution.
  • Cotton must be in closed containers.
  • Consumer service workers are required to undergo a medical examination every six months.
  • If the client is injured, the cut site should be washed with 70% alcohol or 3% hydrogen peroxide (H 2 0 2)

Nowadays, everyone should be able to earn. Everyone somehow spins, finds solutions and earns. But what do you do and what business to choose? The answer is simple - will open your own barbershop. Down with the authorities, now we will be independent, because now we are working for ourselves, no one can tell us. You need to take matters into your own hands and say to yourself - "I am smart and gluttonous", I will succeed and I will be a successful businessman!
Don't consider yourself inferior to others. Do you see yourself as a businessman? Nothing - it will pass after you earn your first hundred thousand rubles, and maybe more, but I'm not familiar with your potential. And now to business.

Why a barbershop?

You must have heard such that allegedly why open a hairdresser, they are at every step? Yes - that's right, there are a lot of hairdressers now. But there is another positive side these statements. If there are so many of them, then it is profitable to open them. Even those barbershops that are located close to each other compete with each other, but still make good money. Why is this happening? Because clients do not like to change hairdressers, which they have been going to for a long time, as they are already used to the old ones and so there are familiar and proven hairdressers. In one of my articles on how to open a grocery store, I said that people will always eat, no matter the conditions, financial position and other influential factors. Well, with barbershops it's a similar case, because people will always cut their hair and try to look good. Imagine girls with unkempt or disheveled hair walking around the city - yes, it’s hard to imagine. I think the girl is more likely to be hungry, but they will look good. So open a barbershop- this is a wonderful and relevant idea that brings a good income to its owners!

Barbershop dimensions

First you need to decide, so to speak, with the "dimensions" of the future hairdresser. After all, in the future you need to count on the fact that you will have to expand. If finances allow, then I would advise you to open a hairdressing salon for four jobs at once, but if you have a small amount of money, then two places will be enough. According to the rule, one person should have at least seven square meters, which means that two workplaces should have at least 14 square meters, plus a waiting room (8 square meters), a restroom room where a washbasin will stand, etc. (10 sq. meters) and a place, for example, for an office. We come to the conclusion that we need a room of 35-40 square meters, for two workplaces. I repeat once again, if the starting capital is small, then you do not need to rent a room that is more than 40 square meters! You just can't afford rent. And so, we have decided on the dimensions of our future hairdressing salon, now we will proceed directly to the choice of location.

Where to choose for a hairdresser?

A competent choice of location is already 30% of success, but I would give all 50%. Do you think that you need to locate your barbershop in the city center to be successful? In fact, everything is not so. It is necessary to locate a hairdressing salon where the provision of these services is really in abundance. The best option the location of the hairdresser is: in a residential area where there are no or almost no competitors, next to a bus stop and convenient access (a convenient place to be able to drive, for example, by car). This is all ideal, of course, but why not keep all the ideal proportions of the hairdresser. Let's take a closer look. A sleeping area is a territory on which there are from 5 to 10 residential buildings (the more, the better). The inhabitants of these houses will be your customers, who will form your profit. If these 5-10 houses will have one - your hairdresser, then we can say with confidence that you will not be left without bread, that's for sure! The location next to the bus stop is a very good "aspect" because lovers waiting for the bus at the bus stop or getting off the bus will see your hairdresser all the time (it will catch the eye of your potential customers - but I will write more about this a bit later). Hairdressing salons equipped with convenient access for cars and other Vehicle, will have a higher potential, because they will have more customers. If you have a car and want to get your hair cut, it will probably be more convenient for you to leave your car in front of the entrance to the barbershop, rather than drive it to the parking lot. All these factors of the location of the hairdresser can be called the basis for your future business. Let's take out all these placement factors:

  • Location in a residential area;
  • Minimum competition;
  • Close to bus stop;
  • Equipped with a convenient access for cars;

With the choice of location, we decided, let's move on to the staff.

Barbershop staff

You need to approach the choice of staff very seriously, because the prestige of your hairdressing salon will depend on the work of the master - it is from the master. Sometimes people go to this or that hairdressing salon just because a master works there who has a good haircut. I would advise hiring hairdressers not from the school, but already experienced and mature professional masters. Be attentive and honest to subordinates, because there are cases of hiding money from the owner.

For example, a hairdresser served 20 visitors, and earned money from 17 clients. Unfortunately, this doesn't happen very often. In such cases, it is best to have an accountant, then you will know the exact number of visitors to your hairdresser.

Schedule

It is best if you have 4 masters so that they can work on schedule - two through two. This is done in order to improve the quality of work and service, and so that they can replace each other, you never know what happens, and you will have no one to serve customers.

Staff uniform

It will be great if each hairdresser has a working apron and gloves - this will create a working atmosphere in the circles of the person, and the client will express confidence in the masters and in the hairdresser as a whole.

How much and how to pay staff?

The best option for wages is a fee that is 30% of the total income of the hairdresser. Why exactly? But because if the total profit is small (and it will be so at the beginning), then the percentage allotted for salaries will also be small. And it’s good for the masters, because they will have a kind of career growth. The higher the total income, the more the hairdresser will receive. Let's summarize the results regarding the selection of personnel:

  • Choose experienced and already formed universal masters;
  • Make a convenient work schedule for them;
  • Better hire four craftsmen for two jobs;
  • Pay them 30% of your total income;

We figured out the payment - let's move on to the equipment.

A hairdressing salon requires special equipment, but there is not much of it. Whatever I advise you to save on is equipment, because the fate of your business will depend on it. Imagine a visitor comes to you, and not a single hair dryer works for you. Therefore, the choice of equipment should be taken seriously. Much attention should be paid to the furniture in the waiting room and, of course, to the chairs on which your visitors will sit. Armchairs should be very comfortable and as comfortable as possible. Buy only high-quality equipment that is specially designed for a hairdressing salon! Let's look at the necessary list of equipment for an economy class hairdresser:

  • Hairdressing wash;
  • Toilet furniture (this is what the client sees in front of him - a cabinet, a mirror, creams, varnishes, etc., etc.)
  • Electrical appliances (hair clipper, hair dryer, dryer)
  • Other items (scissors, combs…)

This equipment is indispensable for a hairdressing salon, which has already passed all the checks and started its work, but in order to obtain a work permit, you will need the original equipment. I will write about this now, under the heading "requirements" for a hairdresser.

What is required to open a barbershop?

In order to open a hairdressing salon, you must obtain permission from the territorial administration of your city, from madam supervision and from the SES.

How do I get past the firefighters' background check?

I will write the main points that are necessary for passing the test. Oh, by the way, I almost forgot to say, hairdressing salons cannot be placed in basements and semi-basements! This is the law! Here are the main things , which must be present in the hairdresser:

  • The presence of an air conditioner;
  • Roll shutters on bars;
  • stickers Entrance And Exit;
  • Good illumination of the room;
  • The presence of a fire extinguisher;
  • Emergency exit;

All this will contribute to the passage of the test with firefighters. What will the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service require from you? Here's what you should have:

  • Garbage removal contract;
  • Availability of uniforms for staff;
  • Hair recycling contract;
  • Availability waste bin in front of entrance;

All this you will need to open a barbershop. Just tediously follow these rules and then you will not have problems.

Barber shop sign

What should be the sign?

The sign must be easily readable and visible from 50 meters or more. It should be eye-catching and attractive, colorful and enticing. Before choosing a sign - it must be registered! Registration is required, otherwise a fine will be imposed! Registration will require a huge amount of documents, time, nerves and effort, so I suggest not spending all this, but simply paying for registration. On the spot, you can choose the desired sign (sign design), pay for the sign and for its registration.

After that, in about two weeks, the sign will be registered and ready for installation. In general, a sign will cost you (order, registration, installation) in the amount of approximately 10 thousand rubles, not so expensive, given that we have saved a lot of nerves, time and effort.
