Additional information that you wish to provide about yourself example. Additional information in resume. positive qualities for a leader

The summary assumes a concise style of presenting information about professional activity applicants for vacancies: it is necessary to correctly reflect what position you are applying for, correctly state the facts of the “work biography” in the relevant sections, informing potential employers of information about the education received, previous work experience, indicating the contacts of colleagues who can give you recommendations. Each section of the resume has a clearly defined format, which is desirable to maintain so that recruiters, looking through the profiles of applicants, can select from the general flow exactly those in which the information meets all the requirements for an applicant for an existing vacancy. After all, it is much more convenient for employers to “work” with clearly structured and logically constructed documents that allow you to track those details from the professional life of candidates that should be characteristic of a potential employee. Only the last column of the resume does not have rigidly set rules for presenting information about the applicant, and in most cases even the possible nature of the content is not specified. For additional information, you can include everything that was not included in the main sections, but, in your opinion, is directly related to the proposed position, it will help to present your candidacy and achieve a solution to the main task facing the applicant at the first stage of the job search - receive an invitation for an interview. Therefore, you should take the completion of this section with all seriousness, trying to use another opportunity to demonstrate your individual traits that characterize you, on the one hand, as a specialist, and on the other, as a person with both advantages and disadvantages, and not only having at its disposal a "standard set" of personal qualities, wandering from one resume to another.

Recruiters spend on average no more than 15–20 seconds viewing one CV.

When Aleksey Izvarin compiled a resume, he did not take into account the fact that recruiters spend on average no more than 15-20 seconds to view one CV, so his efforts to create a 3-page autobiography did not produce the expected result. Two-thirds of the total volume of resumes was by no means occupied by information related to professional knowledge, skills and achievements, but by the “Additional Information” column, in which Alexei, applying for the position of a physicist, listed in detail all his hobbies - from ballroom dancing to hitchhiking on Europe. After the document was posted in this form on one of the job search sites, there were practically no responses from employers and recruitment agencies. And those recruiting managers who were interested in the candidate's candidacy offered, in most cases, positions that had nothing to do with Alexei's professional interests. “When I once again received an invitation to work as a bartender or DJ, I realized that my resume needed serious adjustments,” he says.

Our hero made one of the most common mistakes: instead of specifying personal qualities and skills (soft skills) necessary to perform functional duties, he provided potential employers with a description of his hobbies that had nothing to do with the purpose of posting a resume. Anna Kruchinina, head of the Automotive Industry department at the MarksMan recruiting company, has encountered similar situations more than once in her practice. So, one of the candidates listed all his activities in his spare time: “Guitar, professional sound recording. Video filming, creating a family film. Of my favorite sports, I will emphasize ice hockey. The head of the Jurisprudence department of the MarksMan recruiting company, Olga Demidova, recalls the following summary of a candidate for the position of a financial analyst: “... she graduated from a ballet school, studied acting, played in a musical theater and in the KVN team, sang in a student academic choir; favorite dog - Bim.

When creating a resume, it is better to focus only on those qualities of your personality that can tell the employer useful information about you as a specialist.

Very often in this section, many candidates indicate their personal characteristics, such as purposefulness, diligence, diligence, stress resistance. These descriptions have become carbon copy clichés that appear in every third CV, so most recruiters no longer take this “list” seriously. Therefore, when creating a resume, it is better to focus only on those qualities of your personality that can provide the employer with useful information about you as a specialist: about your style and working methods, about your professional preferences, about the pros and cons. Such a “set” will allow recruiters to get a fairly complete picture of you, and it remains to be convinced of certain facts during the interview process. It makes no sense to include information about personal hobbies and hobbies, zodiac sign, height and weight in this section at all, because indicating such information can even play against you, reducing the overall information content, and, accordingly, the effectiveness of your CV.

In no case should you completely copy your duties in this column. First, there is no point in posting the same information in two different sections. Secondly, the recruiter has already familiarized himself with the list of your functional duties and, seeing that the information is duplicated, is likely to skip this column without trying to find additional information that you intended to tell the employer. In addition, copying sections spoils the general appearance of the document, giving the impression of carelessly filled out: either the applicant did not have enough time to think through all the details, or he simply has nothing more to report about himself.

And certainly you should not offer your professional services in this section, for example: “Comprehensive service legal entities in the field of intellectual property, the time of registration of contracts is 50 days. Employers will not appreciate this form of self-presentation. For consideration commercial offers companies have other departments.

Competent specialist, or what to write about

In the "Additional Information" section, it would be good to focus on professional skills and competencies.

All the information contained in the resume is intended to characterize the specialist as the best applicant for a particular vacancy. Anna Kruchinina believes that in the “Additional Information” section it would be good to focus on professional skills and competencies, for example: “I have experience in restructuring companies, conducting personnel audits; experience in the development and implementation of a grading system for positions. The value of the column in question is not that, after reading it, the recruiter clearly imagines your detailed personality portrait, but to supplement the resume with the information necessary to obtain the desired position. It usually contains the following information:

  1. Family status.
  2. PC proficiency.

The gradation "user", "confident user", "advanced user" is quite acceptable, but it is advisable to list in brackets those computer programs that you own. For example, "computer: confident user (I have skills in working with Adobe PhotoShop CS, Macromedia Flash MX 2004, 3DMax, CorelDraw 12)".

3. Degree of ownership foreign languages .

The generally accepted grading is as follows:

  • basic level (Elementary, Pre-Intermediate);
  • technical, or reading professional literature (Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate);
  • free (Headway Advanced).

It is advisable not only to decipher what you mean by the degree of proficiency in a foreign language you indicated, but also to indicate the availability of certificates, if any, you have: TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), CAE (Certificate in Advanced English), CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English).

4. Having a driver's license and a car, as well as general driving experience.

These data should be indicated if the intended work is related to driving personal or company vehicles.

5. Preferred mode of operation.

Olga Demidova adds: “I would recommend indicating readiness for business trips. This also applies to readiness for an irregular working day. It is also advisable to specify an acceptable work schedule (from 9.00, 10.00, 11.00, 2/2 days, 1/3 days, etc.), if this issue is fundamental for the applicant. The type of employment should be mentioned if the desired position involves various options: full, partial (indicating the number of hours that you are ready to devote to work daily / weekly, and the time convenient for you), remote work, freelance.

6. Priority areas and reasons for looking for a job.

According to the consultants, in the column "Additional information" one can give information about priority areas of activity, about the reasons for leaving the previous job. The first point is especially important for applicants for the positions of project managers, as well as top managers. The second is for candidates who seek to expand their functional responsibilities and move up the career ladder. You can also indicate that the applicant was on maternity leave for some time to care for a child, and this will immediately explain to the recruiter a break in work.

7. Pride.

It makes sense to indicate the most striking projects, achievements, awards, titles that you have been awarded. Provide information about social activities, publications, patents, membership in any professional association. List your public speaking at specialized conferences, seminars, forums. At the same time, publications and reports that are not directly related to the proposed work should not be indicated.

8. Getting additional education.

If you are currently receiving a second higher education, attend any specialized courses, improve your knowledge of foreign languages, work on a dissertation, then all this information can be reflected as additional. However, when you are just planning to enroll in advanced training courses, you should not mention this. Employers are only interested in your knowledge and skills that you currently possess, and a recruiter may ask about your immediate and long-term plans at an interview.

“Each resume is individual, just like its owner,” sums up Dmitry Orlovsky, a leading specialist in the HR department at Foxtrot. – Additional data should be meaningful and not overload the summary. The candidate should reflect only the most important thing - what can influence the decision on his candidacy. And such information as “sex”, “age”, “health”, “hobbies”, “marital status”, “citizenship”, etc., are purely personal, and the right of each candidate is to write them or not.”

Do not hope that the incorrect filling of the "Additional Information" section will not affect the decision regarding your candidacy in any way. As a rule, this column completes the summary, and the “last words”, according to psychologists, are remembered more clearly than others.

Almost every person sooner or later faced with the problem of finding a job. It is impossible to do this without having a well-written resume on hand.

When compiling a resume, you must follow a few simple but very important requirements. You can make an indelible impression on people in person, however, with gross errors in your profile, the recruiter may simply not provide you with such an opportunity.

We give a definition

The word "resume" has a French pronunciation and means "to summarize."

The same word denotes a document that is used to summarize the main stages of a person's career development, his main skills, abilities and characteristics to provide information to potential employers.

The abstract can be roughly divided into three blocks: contact details, description of work experience and description of additional skills and personal qualities of the applicant. Each of these blocks is very important, although, of course, the personnel officer draws the main information from the main part of the resume, which tells about previous jobs.

What goals to pursue?

The main purpose of the resume, of course, is one - interest the employer, demonstrate that you are a good fit for the job you are applying for, and eventually get the job. Therefore, you need to start this path small: correctly formulate the goal and designate it in your resume.

The main mistake in the designation of the goal in the resume, there is a mention of side goals, for example, a decent salary or comfortable working conditions, finding a job close to home, a young team, etc. Of course, these factors have an equally important, if not decisive, role in choosing a place of future work, but for its part, the employer expects to see a person who knows exactly what position he wants to receive.

more correct In total, the purpose of the resume will indicate the position itself. If you're submitting a resume to the same company but applying for two different positions, write two different resumes tailored to the specifics of each job.

It is also acceptable to use the name of the department or direction in which you would like to work as the purpose of the resume. It is possible that the employer, having seen a suitable resume, will independently determine which position you can apply for.

If you have not yet registered an organization, then the easiest this can be done using online services that will help you generate all the necessary documents for free: If you already have an organization and you are thinking about how to facilitate and automate accounting and reporting, then the following online services come to the rescue, which will completely replace an accountant at your plant and save a lot of money and time. All reporting is generated automatically, signed with an electronic signature and sent automatically online. It is ideal for an individual entrepreneur or LLC on the simplified tax system, UTII, PSN, TS, OSNO.
Everything happens in a few clicks, without queues and stress. Try it and you will be surprised how easy it got!

Cover Letter: Necessity or Desire?

It is difficult to overestimate the importance of a competent and interesting cover letter for a resume. It will help to distinguish your profile from the mass of others, similar ones, and increase the chances of a successful review of the resume.

Exists several ways to compose cover letter. Depending on the vacancy for which it is compiled, you can allow different styles narration, although, of course, in any case, the text should be official, polite and literate. Deviations are allowed to accompany resumes sent to vacancies related to the creativity and non-standard thinking of candidates. In this case, this letter is a great chance to demonstrate your originality and stand out from the rest of the applicants.

A cover letter should be short, concise, and contain the information about you that you consider the most important and relevant for the job. This may be the compliance of your work experience and skills with the requirements specified by the employer, a description of personal characteristics, additional skills, knowledge of languages, etc.

Contact cover letter to the recruiter in person, if you know his name and patronymic, but do not allow familiarity. The letter should not be long, 4-5 sentences are allowed. Be sure to check it for errors, illiteracy will scare away the employer, and he will not look at the resume. The cover letter should look like this:

“Ivan Ivanovich, good afternoon! Please consider my candidacy for the vacancy "administrator of the trading floor." I believe that my specialized education, my varied experience in this field, my ability to get along with people, responsibility and goodwill allow me to meet the requirements of the vacancy. I am enclosing my CV, I will be happy to answer all questions in a personal meeting.

This is a framework option that you can adjust as you see fit and useful.

The main purpose of a cover letter is for the recruiter to review the resume after reading it.

Compilation rules

In order to write a resume, you must carefully study all the requirements set out in the vacancy.

Summary must reflect compliance with each of them, so that the employer can see you as his potential employee.

In the resume, it is necessary to display information about education, about additional courses and trainings, if you have taken them. Knowledge of foreign languages, possession of a driver's license, lack of bad habits would also be an advantage.

The main information that the recruiter pays the most attention to is contained in the "work experience" section.

If you have a long track record, which includes positions where your functionality did not meet the requirements of the vacancy, take them away. Describe similar or similar positions in more detail.

Summary shouldn't be very stretched. In any case, you will not be able to tell everything about yourself that you would like in it. It should take one, maximum two pages, the font should not be small. Attach a photo - this will also increase the chances that your person will be of interest to the employer.

The main mistakes of applicants

Exists a few rules, which must be observed regardless of which position you are applying for: accountant, driver or musician.

First of all, all the data that you decide to provide about yourself to the employer must be reliable. You can embellish your biography, but it must be true anyway. In no case do not ascribe to yourself non-existent positions or responsibilities.

Don't aim for a lot of information. Try to analyze all the information and leave for the summary only those aspects of your work activity that can really come in handy.

If you have no work experience, tell in your resume about internships, student projects, participation in various events. This will help the recruiter understand what kind of person you are and in what direction you can develop.

most major mistake in the preparation of a resume, there is a discrepancy between the requirements of vacancies and the content of the applicant's questionnaire.

However, even if you have perfectly described your duties and are suitable for the position, it is important to check your resume for errors and typos. Even the smallest blot can significantly blur the idea of you as a specialist.

How to pass the interview is presented in the following video:

Fully completed resume paragraphs increase your chances of getting a job in front of your competitors. Count about additional information, although it seems unimportant, allows the employer to learn more about you as a specialist, thereby creating the following advantages over other job seekers:

Focus on the winning sides of your personality;

Indicate information that is not related to professional activity, but supplements your skills;

Leave information that you consider important, but could not be attributed to one of the main points of the resume.

It is important not to overdo it and not give a potential employer anything that compromises or interferes with your career.

Filling rules

There are no strict guidelines about what should be written as additional information. This includes data that may change the overall impression of the candidate. General requirements are:

The information must be relevant to the desired position;

Preference is given to professional skills rather than personal qualities;

The content should not repeat or contradict the information specified in other paragraphs.

If you are not sure that you have something to mention, it is better to leave the column blank.

What not to write about

Hobbies and habits that are not related to your job. There are many examples - breeding cats is not important when applying for an economist, and ballroom dancing is not important when applying for a programmer position.

Features of character or lifestyle that do not put you in the best light. You can talk about them during the first interview, if such a question is asked.

Cliche, hackneyed characteristics. Sociable, responsible, purposeful - all these qualities are written in carbon copy, do not catch the employer, do not provide useful information about you.

Such information is more likely to do harm than good to the applicant. But it can always be adjusted to change the overall impression.

Family status. There is nothing wrong if you write about your spouse, children. Sometimes this detail becomes a trump card. An example - when hiring a woman, the presence of a husband and a teenage child will become a certain guarantee that the employee will not go on maternity leave, will not sit on permanent sick leave.

Thesis. Unless you are a graduate looking for a first job in your specialty, the relevance of your thesis tends to zero.

Social activity. We are sure that your volunteering at the animal shelter or being elected as the head of the house will be duly appreciated by the authorities - write about it. No, better keep quiet.

Reason for leaving the previous position. Everything is simple here. We are sure that the motives that prompted you to change jobs will put you in a favorable light - report them. No - do not indicate.

Alternative majors. We are sure that you will cope not only with the main position, but also with part-time work - mention it.

As you can see, each example is worth thinking about carefully before including it in your resume.

What to write about

What is really worth reflecting in the additional information?

Personal qualities

This just includes the very "sociability" and "working capacity". To get away from boring cliches, replace them with a description of the benefits that they can bring to the company:

Instead of stress resistance, I easily resolve conflict situations with the most demanding clients;

Replace responsibility with “I complete projects on time, I am attentive to customer requirements”;

Learnability is “ready to learn in the course of work, I regularly go to seminars, lectures.

As for purposefulness, it is better not to mention it at all - all your life and professional goals should be listed in the appropriate paragraph of the resume.

Special Skills

This includes driving skills, computer skills, knowledge of foreign languages. But, again, they should be written about correctly. Indicate the category of driver's license, your experience. Describe what computer programs you own, what courses you took. Knowledge of the language at each level is desirable to be confirmed by appropriate certificates. You can add that you read specialized literature in the original language or have the skills of technical translation.

Additional education

It is not necessary to indicate all the courses and circles that you have attended since school age. Mention only those that are directly or indirectly related to the vacant position. Example: I took an advanced course "1C: Accounting", I am getting a second higher education in the specialty "Economics and Management in Mechanical Engineering".

If you are only planning to continue your education, you do not need to mention it in your resume.

Achievements, awards

A 100m medal or a carrot-eating diploma has nothing to do with work. But patents, scientific articles in magazines, diplomas for conducting trainings show you from the best side.

Special features, wishes

Everything that could not be covered before should be here: the willingness to travel on long or short-term business trips, stay overtime, work from home. Separately, it is worth clarifying whether you are ready to move. If not, you can specify the region or remoteness of the workplace from home.

Some nuances

When filling out a resume, focus primarily on the desired position. Your skills, personal, professional qualities should be aimed at obtaining a vacancy. If you are preparing several resumes, adjust the data in accordance with the vacancy.

Examples

For a regional development manager resume, you can specify:

Age 45;

Driving license category B, C, 22 years of driving experience;

Willingness to travel;

Knowledge in English at level B2, confirmed by the TOEFL certificate.

For the chief accountant:

Married, has a schoolboy son;

I publish articles in the journal "Accounting for those who understand";

I participate in annual seminars on accounting and auditing;

Willing to work overtime during reporting periods.

Thus, this paragraph of the summary emphasizes your advantages, distinguishes you from competitors.

Which section of your resume do you think is the most important?

Poll Options are limited because JavaScript is disabled in your browser.

The final step in compiling a resume is to fill in the additional information section about yourself. The information that the employer gathers from this paragraph can be decisive when choosing a candidate. And you can't miss an additional chance to express yourself.

Expert opinion

Natalia Molchanova

HR manager

An empty section will signal to the manager about you as a gray and uninteresting person who has nothing to write about himself.

Why is the additional information section useful?

Don't underestimate the importance of the additional information section. In the summary, he is in last place, and is not considered as carefully as.

The main task of this paragraph is to arouse the interest of the employer, to incline his choice in your direction. So what benefit can an applicant get if they fill out the additional skills section correctly?

  • Additionally focuses the attention of the employer on the winning aspects of his personality and his competence, which will lead to success in a new position.
  • Gets an extra opportunity to indicate information that is not directly related to professional experience, but harmoniously complements the already completed columns.
  • Writes information that has weight, but is not related to any of the above items of the questionnaire.
  • Showcase your professional image in a favorable light.

What can be written in the additional information column

  • marital status. With this information, the manager draws conclusions about your lifestyle. So he will be able to better understand whether you decide to move or how you feel about business trips, whether you can expect long-term cooperation from you and whether you are ready to work overtime.
  • . Create an idea of your personality and hobbies. Most likely, the recruiter will give preference to a well-rounded candidate than a person who has nothing to write about himself.
  • Having a driver's license. If you do not apply for the position of a driver or taxi driver, then as an additional advantage, you can indicate that you have a driver's license and your own car. For a sales representative or purchasing manager, such information will be extremely useful, since their work involves constant business trips and trips.
  • Willing to relocate. For the employer, this information can become a significant factor, especially if the position is related to the traveling nature of the work or an employee is required in an office located in another city. If you have a passport, do not forget to mention it.
  • No bad habits. If there is such a requirement when working in a company, then this fact will be useful when applying for a job.
  • Mentions of membership in a club, association or any professional movement will be counted. Employers want to see candidates who have business connections in their field.
  • As for graduates who have not yet managed to acquire rich experience behind them, they should display their own in this column: participation in competitions, various sports competitions, and public organizations. All commendable letters and awards should be written here.
  • When considering related vacancies, in addition to the purpose that was indicated in the resume, in the column additional information about yourself you can indicate related specialties in which you could work. Such a technique will demonstrate that you intend to develop in one professional direction and being in demand in related fields is of less interest to you than the position indicated in the "Goal" paragraph.

Filling examples

When applying for a vacancy of a chief accountant, the following additional information in a resume, sample, may be useful:

Now we will present additional information about ourselves in a resume, an example for a position.

What errors occur when filling out the additional information column

Expert opinion

Natalia Molchanova

HR manager

The most common mistake candidates make when filling out this section is to write random things about their lives.

  • One of the most common missteps is the description of non-professional hobbies. For example: "flower breeding" or "swimming" will not bring you a bonus from the employer, unless of course you apply for a position or. You need to be able to realize what will be appropriate to tell the future boss. It is not even decent to dedicate the employer to the details of your personal life at the resume stage and mention a hobby that is not related to your specialty. You can talk with a recruiter about your extras during a personal meeting at the interview.
  • In the column for additional information in the resume form, you can indicate your age, if it does not contradict the requirements of the organization. Employers are often interested in the applicant's work experience much more than how old the potential employee is. However, many recruiters will be repelled by the entry "I am not married, no children, age 36." Such a context will have a bad effect on the reputation of both men and women. If your personal life is not working out for you, then it’s better not to mention it at all. Personnel workers treat everything with distrust and immediately suspect something is amiss. No one will find out the reasons for your failures. After all, there are other applicants for the position, whose resumes are much more positive.

What information should not be included in a resume?

  1. Do not write in this section about the motivations that prompted you to work in this company. Such data is best reflected in the cover letter, which should be attached to the questionnaire. It is perfect for specifying your long-term goals and important points regarding the future position. It can communicate a desire to hone your skills and how you excel other candidates. Moreover, the attached letter will give the impression of the candidate as a professionally mature and serious person. The likelihood that you will be invited for an interview increases significantly. This is especially true for specialists who have just graduated from universities.
  2. It is not necessary to notify the employer in the resume that something is missing among your documents, for example, military registration documents. The loss of an identification number, passport or pension certificate should also not be reported. Don't mention compulsory military service unless the job requires it. A resume is just a demonstration to the employer of your intentions to take part in the competition for a vacant position. If necessary, you will be prompted which of the documents you need to have available when you come to the interview.
  3. Do not write too much. Personal information about religion, criminal record, and living conditions, if it is negative, will only hurt. As already mentioned, if the employer needs such data, he will ask about them himself.
  4. Resume Section "Additional Information" should not cause doubts in the recruiter about your candidacy. So, it is better not to mention your place of residence if you will have a long commute to the office.

Hello always dear friend!

When I started writing this article, I remembered the phrase: “You can be silent, otherwise what you say can be interpreted against you.” I think that's what the cops say in American movies. It is advisable to keep this saying in mind when deciding what to include in the resume in additional information.

This does not mean that you do not need to write anything. In this article, we will talk about what is worth writing in this section and what is not.

Let's see the resume structure on a job site.

For example, on Headhunter:

  1. Personal data
  2. Desired position and salary
  3. Education
  4. experience
  • company, period of work, position, duties, functions, achievements
  • key skills
  • about me (your hobby, personal qualities, any additional information)
  • recommendations
  • portfolio

I suppose you don't need to be seven spans in your forehead to understand that in the section for additional information or "About me", as on Headhunter, you should enter what is not included in other sections. And do not directly relate to key skills, non-professional responsibilities and achievements.

The section is located in the basement. This suggests that it is less important than the other sections. Partly it is. But if you present information wisely, you can reap the maximum benefit.

What not to write about yourself

Typical mistakes:

Some people "bullet" their hastily concocted where it is necessary and where it is not necessary in dozens.

The main mistake of many candidates is to write in the additional information everything that comes into their heads.

For example:

  • Various hobbies that are unlikely to characterize you positively in terms of the vacancy and the work that is expected of you.
  • You should not write what you write about in . Namely, what interested you in the vacancy, how specifically you will be useful to the company.
  • You should categorically not write about the reasons for leaving previous places and somehow comment on it.
  • I do not recommend writing in this section about professional achievements. For them - the section "work experience". More in .

The main rule is that no negative should be visible in the resume. You have problems and shortcomings, like any other person, but you will talk about them at the interview. If asked.

The purpose of the Resume is to get an invitation to an interview. Everything should be clean, no need to “tease the geese”.

Avoid what can be perceived ambiguously and construed against you.

What to write in the "About me" section

I will make a reservation - it is not necessary to write all the points that we will consider below. Enough 2-3 points, the most important in your opinion.

1. Personal qualities

I repeat, one should not simply list the words that set the teeth on edge. Much better to come up with more meaningful wording.

Example:

  • Instead of communication I strive to build working relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Instead of "responsibility" - I respond immediately to problems that arise in my work. I take steps to fix them myself.
  • Instead of "discipline" - I accept and follow the standards of behavior adopted in the company and the team.

It is rather a sample, it is better to choose your own unique formulations.

Important detail : if the job description contains requirements or wishes for personal qualities, we include the same wording in the resume as in the description.

For example, in the job description, the wish for the candidate is sociability. This keyword. We include it in the resume. And we write as we understand it. The point is that sometimes a recruiter searches for a resume by keywords.

If something is unclear, ask a question in the comments.

2. Habits. In fact, habits are what make us who we are.

The habit of taking things to their logical conclusion. The habit of seeing problems as challenges. The habit of working with quality that exceeds expectations.

At worst, if you don't have bad habits, why not write about it. Take advantage of this opportunity, sometimes it is important.

3. Business connections. Participation in professional communities, other useful networks of contacts. Volunteer initiatives related to work. Even participation in the parent committee of the school may indicate your active position.

5. Availability of rights, passport and so on. It will also not be superfluous, provided that it can be useful in the work.

6. Hobby. You can indicate if this somehow characterizes you. For example, the author of these lines sometimes wrote: Master of Sports of the USSR in chess. No matter the title. Many people and employers are no exception, this is interesting. I was just a chess lover, I wouldn't write.

7. Identification mark

The point is that it is very important to draw attention to yourself, to arouse interest, to be remembered. Just do not overdo it, your identification mark should sound original, but correct.

Such “madness” will favorably distinguish you from the faceless mass of “sociable” and “efficient” candidates who do not bother to somehow move their brains when compiling a resume. I assure you, as an experienced recruiter.
