Aluminum lends itself well to cleaning with acid, for example, citric acid:
  • Pour water into a basin (or tank) for boiling, add acid - a pack of 10 liters, bring to a boil.
  • We lower the pan into this solution for 20-30 minutes, then turn off the stove and leave until the water cools.
  • Take out and clean with a sponge.
For aluminum, this procedure is sufficient. The other way is not inferior in efficiency:
  • We take laundry soap- approximately? piece.
  • We rub the soap on a grater and dissolve in 2-3 tablespoons of ammonia.
  • Dilute these ingredients in water (about three liters) and boil.
  • Put the pan in boiling water for an hour.
  • We take out and clean with a washcloth.

Restoring the non-stick layer after cleaning

Often, after all the manipulations, the pans not only lose a thick layer of soot, on the contrary, the food in them begins to burn so intensely that you begin to regret the acquired cleanliness. In order not to later regret the efforts expended, the non-stick layer should be restored:
  • Pour regular table salt into the bottom of the pan.
  • Pierce the salt until crackling and remove by rinsing the pan.
  • Spread the pan with vegetable (sunflower) oil inside and out and send it to the oven heated to 100 degrees for about an hour.
  • Take out the frying pan paper napkin excess oil and you can start using.

The oil will create a protective layer that will prevent food from sticking to the bottom.

A layer of Teflon or other similar coating does not allow carbon deposits to form - neither from the outside, nor from the inside. Nevertheless, you can manage to bring such a frying pan to a smoked state. In this case, the most reliable purge looks like this:
  • Soak the pan in the dishwashing detergent solution for 30-60 minutes. You can also add a few tablespoons of baking soda. This solution should be enough to wash the dish.
  • Clean it with a soft sponge.

It is impossible to rub such pans with hard washcloths and clean with abrasive powders, so as not to damage the delicate non-stick layer.
