- In the event of a defect / damage to the Goods, the Buyer may contact an authorized FullService Service Center and obtain an inspection certificate. The inspection report determines the fulfillment or refusal to fulfill the Seller's warranty obligations.
- Deadlines for the performance of warranty obligations in respect of Goods of proper and inadequate quality established by law Russian Federation, come into effect from the moment the Goods are transferred by the Buyer to the Seller.
- In case of disagreement with the act of inspection of the Goods by an authorized Service Center, the Buyer has the right to independently contact any specialized expert organization of his choice, or to challenge the conclusion of such an examination in court.
- In case of repair or modification of the characteristics of the Goods by third parties, the warranty becomes void. Upon receipt of the product from the carrier/third parties, immediately inspect it for defect/damage/opening.
