5 Tibetans or eye of rebirth. Gymnastics Eye of the Renaissance - the secret of the Tibetan monks. The effect of gymnastics Eye of the Renaissance

You can tell a lot of interesting things about Tibetan gymnastics. This miraculous set of exercises was described by Peter Kelder in the book The Eye of Rebirth, which was edited in 1938. After that, this gymnastics gained immense popularity. Later, many different translations of this method appeared. For example, "Five Tibetan pearls." The exercises of this gymnastics received such a name due to the fact that their number is 5 ritual positions - “The Eye of Rebirth”. They are recommended for everyone who wants to rejuvenate and strengthen the body, as well as stabilize and calm. As mentioned above, there are many names for this complex. You will understand this by reading this text.

In general, for longevity, it also includes the sixth exercise. However, it is performed only when the practitioner leads a certain and restricted lifestyle. As a result, only 5 Tibetan exercises that affect the state of the physiological and energy structure have gained wide popularity. Further on this in more detail.

5 Tibetan exercises "Eye of rebirth"

This will not take much time to complete. It will take about 20 minutes to complete 5 Tibetan exercises. This is not so much for a daily complex. While 5 exercises will help you achieve incomparable lightness and stability in the state of the body. They will also make it possible to always be in shape.

Indeed, Tibetan gymnastics is an ideal and fairly simple complex. These exercises should be carried out immediately, in stages, moving from one to another. Let's consider each in more detail.

First exercise

It is necessary to stand up straight and begin to rotate around its own axis in a clockwise direction. This is done before the appearance of slight dizziness. For beginners, 3-5 turns will be enough. This exercise, as well as the whole complex, involves the implementation of a leisurely increase in load.

In this case, symptoms of severe dizziness and nausea should not be allowed to appear. You need to train properly and hard. And after about 10 days it will be easier for you to carry out this gymnastics. Since the condition of the vestibular apparatus will improve. The ideal option would be to achieve 21 turns.

Second exercise

At this stage of the gymnastics, you should lie on your back on a hard surface. Then you need to stretch your arms along the body, placing your palms on the floor. After that, you need to raise your head, pressing your chin to your chest. In this case, the legs must be raised up, without lifting the buttocks from the floor. If you have a good stretch, then in this case, the legs can be pulled up to the head. This is done until the knees begin to bend. After that, you need to slowly lower your legs.

Then you need to relax and do 3-5 more similar lifts. Daily training, you should bring the exercise up to 21 times.

Third exercise

Tibetan gymnastics "Revival" is also beneficial for the spine. This is a true fact. You should definitely try this exercise. After that, you will feel all its benefits.

First you need to kneel, placing them at the width of the pelvis. After that, you need to put your hands under the buttocks. Then you need to tilt your head back, straighten your chest and bend your spine forward. In this case, it is worth resting your hands on your hips. Next, return to the starting position. Press the chin to the chest. Initially, it is worth starting with 3-5 approaches, and within two weeks, bring it up to 21 times.

Fourth exercise

To implement it, you need to sit on a hard surface and stretch your legs so that your feet are shoulder-width apart. In this case, the back should remain straight. Closed palms should be placed on the sides on the floor.

In this position, you need to lower your head down and press your chin to your chest. Then you should lift up and forward the torso, taking a horizontal position. In this state, you need to linger for a few minutes, and then slowly return to the starting position with your chin pressed to your chest. This action, like all of the 5 exercises of the Tibetan monks, should be brought up to 21 repetitions. This is considered the best option.

Fifth exercise

In this action, the starting position will be a specific position. It consists in the emphasis lying on a hard plane, while it is required to bend the back. In this position, it is necessary that the pads of the toes rest on the floor. The palms should be on the surface and pointing forward. Hands and feet in this case are placed shoulder-width apart. After that, you should tilt your head back, and then take the angular position of the body in the upward direction. At the same time, the legs should be straightened. In two weeks, it is necessary to bring this action also up to 21 times.

Regularity is the key to success

The specified complex "5 exercises of Tibetan monks" should be performed every day. This should become a kind of ritual for you. Initially, for some, doing the same activities may seem monotonous and boring. However, in reality, after a while, everything will turn out to be a rather simple process. You just need to get used to performing the indicated complex “Five Tibetan Pearls” in the morning of every day. These exercises will not take much time. All you need is about 20 minutes. After that, the Five Tibetans gymnastics will become easy and familiar. These exercises will be the same integral process as the procedure for washing and brushing your teeth.

The undoubted advantage of these actions is that they do not take much time. At the same time, with their help, you can quickly wake up from sleep, as well as recharge your positive mood and energy for the whole day. Although initially it may seem that the Five Tibetans gymnastics are physical exercises. However, in fact, these are ritual actions that are able to endow the human body with the necessary vital energy. Therefore, you should carefully study these 5 Tibetan exercises and perform them in the order indicated.

Operating principle

In order to understand how these rituals affect longevity and human health, one should pay special attention to the long-standing explanation described by Peter Kelder in the book The Eye of Rebirth. It consists in the fact that human body has seven centers. They are also called vortices. In a healthy body, their rotation is very fast. But if their speed decreases and the movement of vortices slows down, then body aging occurs. As a result, the person becomes decrepit and sickly. In a word, when all the vortices rotate at a high and equal speed, the organism remains healthy. This is the principle of the Five Tibetan Exercises complex. However, if one or more of them slow down, then the person will immediately feel. As a result, diseases will develop and the aging of the body will accelerate.

Where are the magnetic centers (vortices)

According to Tibetan theory, their location is as follows:

  • two of them take up space in the brain. One is deep in the forehead. The second is in the back of the brain. These vortices are designated "A" and "B";
  • the location of one is at the cervical base. Namely, in the throat. This is vortex "C";
  • 1 is placed on the right side of the body. That is, opposite the liver approximately in the waist area. This is the "D" vortex;
  • one is located in the genital area. This vortex is labeled "E";
  • two - in the knees. That is, one for each. They are designated "F" and "G".

In general, the location of these vortices should be outside the body. However, when they slow down, they cannot even reach its surface. The only exceptions are two vortices, which are located in the area of the knees. From this it should be taken into account that in order to restore health, youth and vitality to a person, it is necessary to unwind these vortices. To do this, you will need these 5 Tibetan exercises. Each of them individually can also be useful. However, to achieve a tangible result, it is necessary to perform all five Tibetan exercises.

There are no contraindications to these actions. However, there are certain points that require special attention. They will help to avoid various injuries and problems, as well as achieve the greatest efficiency. They are as follows:

For whom and for what is the sixth ritual necessary?

As already stated above, all 5 exercises of Tibetan monks are aimed at restoring the vitality of the body. Also, with their help, a person will look much younger. This is a true fact. However, to achieve a more significant result, it is necessary to perform the sixth ritual. At the same time, I would immediately like to note that this action will be absolutely useless if positive results in these five exercises. We should not forget that this may take about a couple of years of regular performance of these actions. Sometimes it takes 3-4 years. And, perhaps, the most important condition in order to proceed to the sixth ritual act is that one should completely exclude or severely limit sexual life. This is due to a certain fact. Namely, the fact that the direction of the last ritual is focused on transforming a person into vital forces. This exercise can be done at any time. However, it can be carried out only when an excess of sexual energy appears and a strong desire arises to use it. In this case, this exercise should be carried out.

To do this, stand straight, exhale all the air from the lungs. Further it is necessary, without inhaling, to lean forward. Then you need to rest on your knees with your palms. After that, you should exhale the air remaining in the lungs. Then, without inhaling, you need to return to vertical position. After that, you need to raise your shoulders and press your hands on your hips. Then you need to retract the stomach to the limit. This should expand your chest. It is necessary to hold this position for as long as possible. Then you should inhale through your nose. And then you need to exhale through your mouth. At the same time, you need to simultaneously relax and release your hands so that they hang down along the body. Then several times you need to quickly and deeply inhale and exhale. This cycle should be repeated 3 times. This is necessary to direct upward the arisen sexual energy.

Outcome

In conclusion, I would like to note that the regular implementation of these 5 Tibetan exercises will allow even the elderly to achieve a stunning result in rejuvenation and health promotion. All you need to do is follow the steps above. At the same time, one should not forget that they also strongly affect the state of health and appearance own bad habits. Therefore, it is necessary to get rid of them.

If, choosing a weight loss technique, you also want to improve your health, well-being and feel a surge of strength and energy, then this article is for you.

Today we will talk about Tibetan energy gymnastics for weight loss, recovery and longevity - “The Eye of Revival”.

Let's consider the advantages and contraindications of the gymnastics of Tibetan monks, analyze the technique of performing the exercises and talk about the nuances of the "Eye of Rebirth" charging, and you can also read the reviews of people who have already experienced the effectiveness of this technique.

The gymnastics of the Tibetan monks has long been shrouded in a veil of mystery, and apart from the monks themselves, no one has ever heard of it. Everything changed after the publication of Peter Kelder's book "The Eye of Rebirth", where he tells in detail about the methodology of this program.

According to the Tibetans, 19 energy flows - vortices - circulate in the body of each person. But only with harmonious rotation this energy a person remains healthy and full.

If the circulation of at least one vortex is disturbed, this affects the operation of the entire system, and a person feels tired, depressed, health problems begin and excess weight appears.

It is to improve the circulation of vortices that gymnastics is aimed at. With regular exercise, very soon the metabolism in your body will improve, the work of all body systems will improve, you will become stronger and more resilient, excess weight will go away, and your body will become more toned.

The "Eye of Rebirth" consists of the so-called five Tibetan pearls or five Tibetans. Each exercise is performed 21 times. But it is recommended to start with three repetitions, gradually increasing by 2 repetitions every week.

When choosing Tibetan gymnastics as a way to lose weight, you should understand that you should not expect a quick result. You should also adhere to the following recommendations during class:

Despite the moderate pace of exercise and a considerable number of benefits, Tibetan gymnastics has a number of contraindications:

  • thyroid disease;
  • stomach ulcer;
  • disease of the heart and blood vessels.
  • for people with diseases of the spine and joints.

Now let's move on to the exercises.

Warm-up before the gymnastics complex

Any workout, no matter how intense, should begin with a warm-up. This will reduce the risk of injury during exercise, and will also warm up the muscles, ligaments and joints and prepare them for training. Tibetan gymnastics is no exception in this matter. To warm up, we suggest doing the following exercises.

  • Knead the neck, shoulder girdle, elbow joint and hands in circular motions.
  • Perform body tilts to the sides, forward and backward. At the same time, fix the pelvis in place.
  • Stretch your hip, knee, and ankle joints in circular motions.

The warm-up should take up to 15 minutes on average. Perform each exercise 8-10 times. After the warm-up, we go directly to the 5 pearls of Tibetan gymnastics.

Have you already experienced the amazing effect of Tibetan gymnastics? What difficulties did you face? Tell us about your impressions and results in the comments.

If you ask people what is the most important thing in life for them, the answers will certainly be different. One will say that the most important thing is to have a lot of money. When you have an uncountable number of them, you can buy almost everything for yourself. The second will answer that the main thing is a good and prestigious job. And the third believes that love is the most important thing. Love is boundless and mutual. Which of them is right? Probably everyone and no one is right. Because everything fades and becomes not particularly important when you lose a truly valuable thing. You lose what was given to you from birth by God. When you lose your health If a person is sick, then all the colors of life turn pale, nothing brings proper joy. Fortunately, there is an old practice that has already helped many people. She came to us from distant Tibet and is called "The Eye of Rebirth" or "Five Tibetan Pearls".

How Europe learned about the "Eye of the Renaissance"

For many millennia, the closed Tibetan monasteries preserved all sorts of secret knowledge. Even now, when people gradually began to receive previously hidden information, Tibet keeps its secrets. One of the few secrets of being told by them to the world is the ritual "Eye of Rebirth" or "Five Tibetan Pearls". This knowledge was comprehended by those who, in search of truth, were ready to overcome the most difficult and often deadly obstacles in order to get to the Tibetan monks. Those who survived and were worthy of initiation carried this knowledge to people.
In Europe, ritual gymnastics became known thanks to Peter Kelder. In 1938, he wrote a book in which he revealed the secret of preserving youth and restoring health. To some, the contents of the book may seem fantastic. But the experience of several generations of followers of this energy practice shows that the Eye works. And it doesn't just work, it delivers amazing results.

What are "energy vortices?"

Many of us have long known that a person is more than physical matter. Man is a complex system that consists of an energy (etheric) body, a biofield and a system of energy vortices. Energy vortices are in constant rotation. Each vortex corresponds to a specific part of our body. Some vortices are associated with internal organs, others with endocrine glands, others with nervous system etc. The most important are the whirlwinds that correspond to the human chakra system. The teaching of the East says that each person has seven chakras.

There are many energy channels running through the chakras. These channels are directly related to the work of energy vortices. If you are completely healthy, then the rotation of the vortices has a high speed. Then the energy easily passes through the energy channels and fills all parts of our body with strength and health.
When we lead an unhealthy lifestyle and consume energy irrationally, the rotation of the vortices slows down, the work of important energy centers is disrupted, opening the way to disease and aging. To regain lost health, transform and rejuvenate, Tibetan monks developed a set of five ritual exercises. These rituals restore the work of our energy centers and increase the circulation of ethereal vortices. Thanks to this, immunity increases, vitality is restored and all ailments and diseases are systematically sent into oblivion.

"Eye of rebirth": 5 exercises of Tibetan monks

You need to start doing exercises before noon. Ideally, the time after waking up. It is desirable to perform exercises on an empty stomach, you can only take a few sips of warm water.
For classes, you need to prepare a special rug to isolate yourself from the cold floor. In the future, you can use it for meditation.

Ritual Exercise #1:

  • Being in a “standing” position, straight arms should be extended in front of you and spread apart. The direction of the palms down. Raise your chin.
  • Start spinning around you clockwise - from left to right. It is important!
  • Try to circle on one point.
  • Take your time, at the beginning of mastering this ritual, dizziness may occur. Therefore, do not immediately set a fast pace and do not try to make the maximum number of rotations. Start with three reps.
  • After stopping, stop, take a deep breath.

If you feel dizzy or slightly nauseous, you can sit or lie down. Do not worry, over time, the vestibular apparatus will recover and you will enjoy spinning. The first ritual is designed to activate and stabilize the vortex rotations of our energy body.

Ritual Exercise #2:

Immediately after the first, start performing ritual number two.

  • Lie down on your back. Place your arms along your body with your palms down.
  • Lie down a bit. Practice deep breathing. Inhalation and exhalation should be approximately equal to each other.
  • After a deep exhalation, slowly inhaling, raise your head until the chin rests on the collarbone.
  • Next, lift straight legs up perpendicular to the torso.
  • Watch your pelvis. It should not come off the floor.
  • The exercise is performed on one long breath.
  • Exhaling, return to the starting position. Relax completely. After a couple of seconds, repeat everything again.
  • Be sure to watch your breath. Inhalation and exhalation should be as smooth and full as possible. Do not change your breathing between exercises.
  • If you can't raise your legs with your knees unbent, do as you please. Do not despair, in time you will do the right thing.
  • Start the ritual with three repetitions, day by day increasing the number to 21 times.
  • When you're done, close your eyes for a few seconds and imagine the energy flowing through your body. And then proceed to the third ritual.

Ritual number two enhances the effect of the first ritual - the whirlwinds are filled with even greater ethereal strength and power. In addition, this exercise develops the vertebrae in the cervical-shoulder region, restores the flow of oxygen to the brain and, as a result, reduces headaches and dizziness. By lifting the legs, the abdominal press increases and intestinal motility improves.

Ritual Exercise #3:

Get on your knees and do not close them, leaving thirty centimeters. Bend the pads of your toes so that they touch the floor. This will give the body stability.

  • Place your palms on the bottom of your buttocks. Hands are behind the back.
  • Tilt your head forward. Press your chin to your collarbones. Exhale the air while doing this.
  • While inhaling, slowly tear off your chin and turn your head back.
  • At the same time bend chest as far forward as possible, and tilt your head as far back as possible. The palms move to the top of the buttocks and help to keep balance.
  • As you exhale, you must return to the starting position.
  • After a short pause, repeat the complex. It is recommended to start with three repetitions. Can be more. But, as in the case of the second ritual, no more than 21 times.
  • Try to do all the elements of the ritual smoothly, take your time. Don't forget about breathing. It must be deep.
  • If you have problems with knee joints, you can put a small towel under your knees, folding it several times. This will relieve pressure on the kneecaps and relieve discomfort.
  • After ritual number three, lower your buttocks to your heels and sit in this position. Close your eyes, breathe deeply. Try to imagine that you are breathing through your spine. Feel how the vertebrae straighten and stretch. After a couple of minutes, proceed to the next ritual.

The third ritual action increases the power of the previous two. At the same time, the entire spine is well stretched and the thoracic region is developed.

Ritual Exercise #4:

And so we come to ritual number four.

  • Sit down on the mat into a sitting position with your legs straight in front of you, shoulder-width apart.
  • Hands on either side of the hips, with palms on the floor. Fingers point forward. The spine must remain straight. The chin is pressed to the collarbones.
  • On a deep breath, tilt your head back and move your torso parallel to the floor into a pose that resembles a table, bending your knees and keeping your arms straight. Tighten your muscles. Stay in this position for a while, and then exhale and return to the starting position.
  • As you lift your body, mentally strengthen your arms. This will help you lift and support your own body weight.
  • At the end of the ritual, relax again for a couple of minutes. Breathe. Imagine that when you inhale, a yellow-golden color flows into you. This color brings cleansing and health. As you exhale, imagine that you are pushing black out of you. With it, all diseases and bad energy go away.
  • The number of repetitions is the same as in the previous rituals.

This ritual will strengthen the entire muscular corset of your body. Strengthens the spine. On the ethereal plane, it will disperse the whirlwinds even more.

Ritual Exercise #5:

Let's move on to ritual number five.

  • Take a horizontal position, lying on your stomach. Place your palms on the floor and point your fingers forward.
  • Raise yourself with straight arms, arching. The head is tilted back. Hands and feet shoulder-width apart, only the toes and palms of the hands remain on the floor, and the rest of the body comes off and does not come into contact with it. Take a breath and exhale completely.
  • Next, gradually change the position to the position of a triangle, bending the body almost in half. The arms and legs are straightened as much as possible, and the chin is pressed against the collarbones. Take a deep breath.
  • Then return to the starting position as you exhale.
  • Repeat this exercise as many times as required.

Ritual number five restores harmony and balance between the main vortices. This contributes to the fact that our original health returns to us, immunity is strengthened. We acquire the energy of youth.

  1. When you first begin to master the "Eye", do three repetitions. This applies to all rituals.
  2. As mentioned above, it is best to do it in the morning.
  3. You need to add two repetitions every week until you reach the 21st repetition.
  4. Take your time to increase the repetitions, let the body get used to it. If you have added repetitions and feel the deterioration in the state of the body, return to the previous number. Do the exercises in the old way for two to three weeks, and then try to increase the repetitions again.
  5. At the very beginning of the practice, sleep may be disturbed, as the body has lost the habit of the normal supply of energy. Don't let that scare you. Over time, sleep will improve.
  6. When you master the morning series of exercises, you can begin to build the evening. The scheme is the same as for the morning series.
  7. It is necessary to perform ritual actions all together, since individually they weaken their effect on the body.
  8. You need to do ritual exercises every day. You can't miss! In case of urgent need, you can skip one day a week, but no more.
  9. If something doesn't work for you, don't despair. In time you'll be all right the best way. Remember the proverb that "patience and work will grind everything."
  10. If you want to do any other practices, do it. The Eye of Rebirth does not conflict with them, but rather helps and strengthens them. The "Eye" is the energy base for more complex meditations and training.
  11. After training, you can not overcool. Don't take cold showers. Do not go outside for at least half an hour after charging. The exception is summer.

In this article, we have tried to outline the main postulates of Tibetan practice. If this material aroused your interest and you decide to restore the body, be sure to refer to the original source, namely the book by Peter Kelder "The Eye of Rebirth". The book contains very important and interesting points that may be useful to you. Read the book, read the reviews of Oko practitioners. You can find them on special forums. Reflect on new knowledge. If you make a decision, then bolder into battle! Just don't expect instant results. You must be persistent and patient. And the results will definitely come and may surprise you more than you expected!

One of the most popular and powerful practices that allow you to improve your physical well-being, tighten your body and learn to control your own internal energy is the Tibetan Eye of Rebirth exercises.

This ancient gymnastics was practiced among the monks of Tibet, who were interested in eternal youth, prosperity and longevity. It was kept in the strictest confidence, and its foundations were known only to a limited circle of people.

The secret was first shared with writer Peter Calder. Based on the knowledge gained, he wrote a book that has been translated into many languages and is successfully sold all over the world.

The Eye of the Renaissance program consists of 5 Tibetan pearls (exercises) for each day. They are able to improve physical well-being, strengthen the spirit and moral strength, help to comprehend the secrets of the energy of your body. They are often called youth exercises, because by practicing, you will feel much better, stronger, younger and more cheerful.

You can see the benefits and effectiveness of classes if you perform Tibetan exercises systematically. You can't miss a single day. The option “I won’t do it today, but tomorrow I’ll do it in 2 days” is categorically not suitable. If you break the schedule, there is a great risk of feeling much worse.

It is very important to perform the exercises strictly according to the methodology, without missing the details. The number of movements must also fully meet the requirements of practice. Increase the load slowly. The minimum number of repetitions is 5, with each new week they should increase by 2. By the end of the ninth training week the number of repetitions of each movement will reach 21.

When doing the technique of Tibetan lamas, remember to breathe calmly and rhythmically. Breathing correctly is very important, choose a comfortable pace. After performing the movements, you need to immerse yourself in a state of relaxation and relax. You can take a shower half an hour after the end of class.

Exercise correctly and effectively on an empty stomach, the optimal time is after waking up. The complex is great for both men and women of any age.

Exercise #1

Starting position: we stand straight, stretch our arms to the sides parallel to shoulder level. In this position, you must make at least three (maximum 21) turns around its axis. Rotate should follow the trajectory of the clockwise movement. Don't hold your breath. It is necessary to make rotations until a feeling of slight dizziness appears. The main thing is not to overdo it. Nausea and severe dizziness bad sign.

This practice is aimed at activating and developing energy flows. When performing a movement, it is important to be as relaxed as possible and focused on spinning the energy flows around you. If everything is done correctly, after 10 days it will become easier for you to train, you will feel lightness in your body and thoughts.

Watch the Tibetan exercise video and correct technique:

Exercise #2

To perform it, lie on your back and perform the following algorithm:

  • stretch your arms along the body;
  • press your fingers tightly against each other;
  • raise your head and press your chin to the sternum;
  • legs should be lifted up at right angles to the body, knees straight;
  • you can lower them towards the head, but only until the pelvis comes off the plane, it is important to keep the legs straight during the movement;
  • having reached the maximum point, slowly lower your legs to their original position.

Pay attention to the rhythm of breathing, relax every muscle. You need to listen to your body, feel how energy flows overflow and fill it. Before starting the practice, you need to exhale, trying to completely empty the lungs. On the inhale we make an effort, on the exhale we gently relax.

Exercise #3

The third practice for longevity is not difficult to perform, but it requires strict coordination of movement and rhythm of breathing. Take the starting position, for this:

  • get on your knees;
  • hips are vertical;
  • under them are palms;
  • the head is tilted, the chin is pressed to the chest.

Standing in this position, you need to tilt your head back and up, while the sternum should be protruding forward. Slowly return to the original position.

Before practice, we release the lungs from the air. Raising the head, inhale, lowering - exhale. It is very important to breathe deeply, with full breasts, to imagine how energy flows through the body.

Exercise #4

The fourth Tibetan exercise is more difficult than the previous ones and requires more serious physical effort. To better understand the technique, we will describe it step by step:

  • we sit on the floor, stretch our legs forward and place them shoulder-width apart;
  • the spinal column remains straight, palms with closed fingers are on the floor next to the buttocks;
  • the head is lowered, the chin should be fixed, pressed against the sternum;
  • tilt the head as far back as possible;
  • with an effort we raise the body to a horizontal position;
  • the limbs are in a vertical position (the shape of the table is obtained);
  • hold the muscles in tension for a few seconds and lower to the starting position.

It is necessary to perform the movement the maximum number of times. Raising the body, inhale deeply, lowering - slowly exhale. Do not forget to concentrate on internal energy and its flows.

Exercise #5

The fifth “pearl” of the complex from the monks of Tibet is of great importance for youth and health. Perform it correctly and calmly, and the result will not be long in coming:

  • we take the starting position - the emphasis is lying, the palms are slightly wider than shoulder level, the fingers are clenched, the back is curved, the feet rest only on the fingers, the knees and pelvis do not bend and do not touch the floor;
  • we throw our head back and up as much as possible, exhaling air;
  • while inhaling, we move the body up, creating a visual triangle, where the “fifth point” is its top;
  • arms and legs are straightened, the chin is fixed on the sternum;
  • exhale and simultaneously return to the initial position.

For millennia, Tibetan monks have kept it a secret. Only in 1938, with the release of the book of the same name by Peter Caldder, did the amazing technique become available throughout the world. Millions of people have learned about the existence of 19 energy centers concentrated in the joints. The ability to independently launch flows, muffled by diseases and an unhealthy lifestyle, helps to improve well-being and rejuvenate the body. Let's look at the five pearls of Tibet useful exercises.

Description. Advantages and disadvantages

"Eye of Rebirth" is not just a charge. It is something like a belief or even a spiritual practice. If you sincerely believe in the effectiveness of classes and conscientiously perform all the exercises, you will certainly feel a surge of strength and vitality. Nevertheless, do not forget about the presence of contraindications.

Positive effect

The secret of longevity and good health of Tibetan monks lies in their lifestyle. An integral part of it is the daily training of the body, spirit and energy flows. The benefits of Tibetan gymnastics "Eye of Rebirth" can be described in four main points.

  1. The musculoskeletal system. Tibetan yoga helps to cope with scoliosis and osteochondrosis. With regular performance, there is a decrease in pain caused by arthritis.
  2. reproductive system. In women who regularly engage in this practice, normalizes menstrual cycle and increase the chance of conception. In men, erectile function is normalized.
  3. Gastrointestinal tract. Stool normalizes, digestion improves useful substances from food. Considering high costs calories for training, we can conclude that they are useful for weight loss.
  4. The immune system. Increased resistance to colds. Eliminates congestion in the nasal sinuses and bronchi.

The complex contributes to the development of willpower. It is recommended for people who are struggling with bad habits. After two to three weeks of regular exercise, the craving for nicotine and alcohol is significantly weakened.

Contraindications

If you have health problems, a rash approach to training can harm the body. Classes are not recommended for children and the elderly, as well as in some cases:

  • increased body temperature;
  • hypertension;
  • the risk of a heart attack;
  • spinal hernia;
  • period;
  • pregnancy;
  • breast-feeding.

Some trainers and yoga practitioners are convinced that the "Eye of Rebirth" is not intended for women. They explain this by the fact that the complex was developed by male monks, taking into account their physiological characteristics. Nevertheless, gymnastics is equally useful for both sexes.

Exercises

Tibetan gymnastics "Eye of Rebirth" can be performed once or twice a day. It is best to practice before sunset, otherwise insomnia may occur due to a surge of energy. Also, be mindful of the length of your workout. To start, three repetitions for each exercise are enough. Add two reps every week until you reach 21.

"Spinning Energy"

Peculiarities. The first exercise of the "Five Tibetans" complex is aimed at unwinding energy whirlwinds. It will speed up the circulation of flows and give strength to the further execution of the program.

How to do

  1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart so that the position is stable.
  2. Spread outstretched arms to the sides. The palms should be directed to the floor.
  3. Keeping the position, rotate around you in a clockwise direction.
  4. If you feel dizzy, stop. Without changing position, listen for the continued movement of the vortices.

During the exercise, not only bodily sensations are important, but also the inner mood. Listening to the movement of energy whirlwinds, let yourself be guided by the fact that your body is being cleansed, becoming healthier and stronger.

"Return of the Force"

Peculiarities. This exercise has two opposite effects on energy flows. On the one hand, it significantly increases the speed of rotation of the vortices. On the other hand, it is designed to stabilize them.

How to do

  1. Lie on your back. Hands should be extended along the body and tightly pressed to it.
  2. Lift your head off the floor and press your chin to your chest as tightly as possible.
  3. Raise your straight legs slowly up without lifting your pelvis off the floor. At the same time, take a deep, long breath.
  4. When you feel that you can no longer lift your legs without bending your knees and lifting your pelvis, slowly return to the starting position. At the same time exhale slowly, completely emptying the lungs.
  5. Lie quietly until your muscles relax.

As you do the exercise, try to feel how with each inhalation and exhalation you pass energy through you. In between repetitions, imagine how, as the muscles relax, the body is filled with vitality.

"Connection of body and mind"

Peculiarities. The third of the five Tibetan rituals is aimed at working out the central energy axis. The ascending flow passes along the spinal column, and the descending one - in the region of the sacrum.

How to do

  1. Get down on your knees, keeping your torso straight.
  2. Rest your palms on the back of your thighs, and lower your chin to your chest.
  3. Having released all the air from the lungs, it is necessary to tilt the head far back, while bending the lower back and pushing the chest forward.
  4. Return to the starting position, slowly filling the lungs with air.

Control your breathing. You need to inhale through the nose, launching the energy of the surrounding world inside. Accompany the exhalation with the sound "Heh!". This symbolizes that together with the air you are throwing into the atmosphere all the negativity that has accumulated inside.

"Energy shower"

Peculiarities. The fourth technique of Tibetan monks' gymnastics involves creating the effect of an "energy swing". By tensing your muscles during the exercise, you start the movement of energy through the body. When you relax, you muffle this activity.

How to do

  1. Sit with your legs stretched forward, slightly spreading them apart.
  2. Press the chin to the chest with force.
  3. With your palms firmly rest on the floor on the sides of the buttocks, the position is with your fingers forward.
  4. Tilt your head back, lift your body. Bend your legs at the same time at the knees.
  5. Leaning on the hands and feet, lift the body off the floor. The area of the body from the shoulder girdle to the knees should be parallel to the floor.
  6. Straining all the muscles, stay in this position for a few seconds.
  7. After relaxing your muscles, slowly return to the starting position.

If the body is weakened, do a simplified version of the exercise. It is enough just to raise the pelvis above the floor. Each time, try to lift the body above the floor higher and higher. And in a couple of weeks you will be able to do the reception in full force.

"Energy Balancing"

Peculiarities. Exercise trains not only the spirit, but also physical endurance. In terms of technique, the last exercise is the most difficult and requires maximum concentration.

How to do

  1. Lie face down on the floor.
  2. Place your palms under your hips, bend strongly in the lower back and lift the body, leaning on outstretched arms.
  3. Slowly change the position of the body so that the pelvis is at the top, and the legs and body form an acute angle.

Despite the fact that the exercise is static, it takes a lot of energy. Returning to the starting position, catch your breath. Start repetition only when breathing is restored.

Uddiyana bandha or 6 pearl

Peculiarities. In fact, Tibetan gymnastics contains not five, but six exercises. But the latter is not included in the base complex. You need to start it no earlier than you perfectly master the five previous ones. The second condition is the desire for self-improvement and spiritual growth, which implies the rejection of intimate life which takes too much energy.

How to do

  1. Stand up straight and take a deep breath. At the same time, squeeze the sphincters and tighten the muscles of the perineum.
  2. Bend over, resting your palms on your hips, and exhale sharply.
  3. Straighten up, filling the lungs and pulling the stomach in as much as possible. Press your chin to your chest.
  4. Exhale slowly. When the air in your lungs runs out, you can relax.

The step to mastering the sixth exercise of the Tibetan complex should be deliberate. If you are not ready to completely abandon your intimate life, it is better not to take up this matter.

Gymnastics rules

Tibetan gymnastics must be approached with all responsibility. Only by following the recommendations and rules, you can achieve good health and a powerful energy charge. Consider five key points.

  1. Don't stop exercising. If you are interested in the Tibetan "Eye of Rebirth", be prepared for the fact that you will always have to deal with it. Exercises produce a cumulative effect, but when canceled, it is not saved. Energy flows can degrade even more than in the initial state.
  2. Relax at the end. After completing the last exercise, lie down for a while with your eyes closed so that the energy flows harmonize. Play some soft music to help you relax.
  3. Start water activities. After training, it is recommended to take a warm bath or shower. If you don't have time, just rub your skin with a damp towel.
  4. Don't feel uncomfortable. Do exactly as many repetitions of the exercise as your body allows. Overvoltage is not allowed.
  5. Take breaks. Rest before starting a new exercise. Stand up straight, put your hands on your belt and wait for your breath to recover.

Despite the fact that training cannot be interrupted, circumstances do not always allow the program to be completed. Therefore, it is allowed to periodically take breaks of one or two days.

Speaking of Tibetan gymnastics, you can hear the negative opinions of doctors, but positive reviews of people. They are mainly due to the fact that many patients see this complex as a panacea for all ailments. As a result, precious time may be lost in the treatment of serious diseases. Still, unlike the Tibetan monks, we live in a new era and are simply obliged to use its achievements. Also, some skeptics argue that the improvement in well-being after training is nothing more than the result of self-hypnosis. Maybe it is, but what's wrong with that? If exercise gives you good mood and excellent well-being is already a success.
