Stand up, relax, breathe evenly and deeply. Try to feel the downward flow of energy flowing along the spine from the crown of the head to the lower chakras.

This stream comes from a great height, passes through the crown of the head, goes along the spine and goes deep into the Earth. And the flow coming from the Earth passes through the body vertically upwards - into the Cosmos.

The ascending and descending energy flows are the central energy flows. They give a person life and health. Remember the sensations of two currents flowing towards each other in your body.

Check from time to time - is everything in order, is the energy flowing in your body. Feeling the slowdown of energy flows, you can restore them at any time by applying internal efforts for this.

"Pump the streams." Only under the condition that the two main streams function normally - a person will be strong, healthy, successful - protected from external influences.

Along the spiritual axis, energy flows constantly pass through the human body in both ascending and descending directions. The total energy influx of positive energy on the crown, which is carried by the downward flow, is equal to the influx of negative (-) energy on the soles.

In general, these streams are called "heavenly", although according to another interpretation, the descending stream corresponds to the sky (+), and the ascending one - to the earth (-).

Due to wrong actions and deeds, either the ascending or descending flow can be closed for a person. It is very bad if both energy flows in the channels are closed at once. In this case, human health begins to deteriorate progressively.

According to modern concepts, the normal functioning of the body largely depends on the state of the vegetative nervous system, which ensures both the maintenance of the constancy of the internal environment (the so-called homeostasis), and the regulation of the activity of all internal organs.

Dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system is present in the clinical picture of many diseases, from bronchial asthma to hypertension, not to mention vegetative-vascular dystonia. The anatomy of the autonomic nervous system is quite complex.

- There are such people, and there are many of them, who are always cold. However, in winter, many people suffer from the cold. The Yong Quan point will help with this as well.

Take a pepper patch, cut a piece about 1.5x!.5 cm and glue it to the point. Be sure to work on both legs! Very soon, the patch will warm up - activate - the point, and the flow of cold energy into the body will stop. You will feel comfortable not only indoors, but also outdoors, of course, if you dress for the weather.

As already mentioned, the Yongquan point is also responsible for FEAR. And, if you often experience this unpleasant feeling, with one action you can solve two problems at once: to find both physical comfort and mental comfort. Stick a pepper patch on your feet every time before some exciting event is planned for you, and you will notice how you will begin to feel much more confident.

If you do not have a pepper patch on hand, and you need to get rid of the cold or fear urgently, you can simply intensively massage these points or stick red bean seeds there using a regular adhesive plaster.

Finally, just paint the Yong Quan points red. This point is recommended to be massaged, rubbed, pressed ... You need to press these points 20 times on each foot, continuously. It is advisable to do this in the morning and evening.

Chapter 6

Pre-stimulation and developmental work on the legs and toes in this section is vital to learning the NEW system. Like the roots of a tree, the toes are important parts of the powerful energy structures in the feet. Each joint in the toes contains a secondary energy center, with four pole openings on the surface of the skin. They are connected to areas of high concentration of energy exchange ports found on the underside of the feet and toes. When pumping energy, the legs are rebuilt - the basis of the largest and most powerful energy conductors in energy body. Therefore, they are the most important energy structures that must first be stimulated, prepared and developed; especially on early stages.

The following exercises must be done in full if the energy flow is to be significantly increased. One leg, usually the left, is activated more easily than the other. It may take several sessions before the less active party starts to respond in the same way as the other. If you do not feel any reaction in the big toe of either foot when doing the first exercise, this simply means that both of these areas are currently inactive. This does not mean that the other toes will not respond, or that the NEW system will not work...it will. These weak areas will gradually be cleared, in the process of individual clearing of large energy structures. If nothing is felt after a few minutes of exposure to each big toe, anyway, proceed to the next steps of these exercises. At the very beginning, spend at least two or three minutes on each big center joint of the toes, or until they begin to respond well. As soon as the center of the toe begins to react, immediately proceed to the next point of the exercise.

Working with the toe

Toe Exercise - 1

The imaginary target is the top of the left big toe joint where it attaches to the foot. This is the second joint from the toenail. Press your finger in this area, and on a small bone, feel where the top of the joint is. This is the site of the first energy center, which is affected. Repeat the above exercise on both joints of the right big toe.

Use Cleanse on both big toes, one at a time. Feel this action as if you were brushing a one-inch brush back and forth along the top of the big toe of each foot: from the beginning of the toenail to a point a few inches from the big joint where it joins the foot.

Feel this wide brushing going deep into all your toes. It stimulates all the toes of each foot with a single mental action.

Repeat this action on the other leg.

Try to dissect the sensation at this point, and repeat the brushing from side to side across all the toes of both feet at the same time, in any way, in the direction that seems easier to you. A good option- in opposite directions, and split mental actions meet in the middle, while the legs lie side by side.

Sole work

The entire underside of the feet and toes are densely covered with energy exchange ports. They form the outer layer of the complex metabolic energy structures of the legs. The soles are extremely important for the flow of energy, and these exercises must be done as diligently as possible.

Sole exercises - 1

Focus awareness on the middle of the sole of your left foot. Scratch or rub the area if necessary. Use light stirring in a clockwise direction, about an inch and a half in diameter (3.81 cm), continuously circle the focus of sensation there. Then, slowly move this padding upward from under the sole and toes. Maintain this mixing by completely covering the entire area with it. Continue this moving toss until you have covered the entire underside of the foot several times, including the underside of all toes and the heel. This mental action is a bit like that of a small electric massager with a rotating head. Spend at least five minutes on each rotational action (only in the early stages) or until the surface of each sole begins to respond well.

Sole exercises - 2

Use a wide Brush as if you were painting the sole with a large paintbrush. Feel the brush move back and forth, from heels to toes, covering the entire underside of each foot, one foot at a time.

Try to dissect the sensation and repeat the sweeping brushing on the soles of both feet at the same time.

Legs and Feelings

The impact on the undersides of the legs usually produces some fairly significant sensations of energy movement. They can be uncomfortable, even a little painful, especially in the very early stages of these developmental exercises. Unfortunately this cannot be helped. We need to put up with it and consider it the price of development. Intense buzzing, tingling, and intraosseous vibrating sensations of energy movement will often be felt. They may continue for some time, even after the end of the mental activities that caused them. Sometimes they will be accompanied by convulsive twitching and contraction in the legs and feet; and these sensations can be very palpable. Occasional hot or cold patches may also be felt, and heavy, cottony patches in the legs and feet, indicating blocked and injured areas.

All the above sensations are quite normal for this type of developing energy work. The degree of sensations that arise in this case correspond to the degree the resistance offered pumped energy. Sensations of resistance to the movement of energy are caused by b O more than usual amount of energy transmitted through narrowed energy channels and conductors. This causes an over-stimulation of the nerves in the physical body, in the skin and surrounding tissue, associated with the affected energy flows.

Strong sensations of energy movement (feelings of resistance to the flow of energy) should be ignored as much as possible, and the exercises should be continued unless it becomes unbearable. If the sensations get too strong, try moving on to the next exercise and ignore the strong sensations until they subside. But if these sensations go beyond all limits, immediately stop all exercises and wait until they completely pass before continuing. If this is the case, I suggest waiting at least one day before continuing again, give them a chance to calm down and get used to it. These sensations are usually greatly reduced the next time the area is treated. Despite everything, strong sensations are a very good energy sign, they indicate a strong energy flow potential in this place.

Usually the sensations subside gradually, usually in no more than five or ten minutes, sometimes a little longer, walking usually hastening their easing. On the other hand, if only very mild sensations are felt, this may mean a naturally strong, already existing energy flow. If this is the case, the resistance of the energy may be very weak, and thus the sensations of energy movement will be weak. If no sensations arise at all, then the most likely cause is severe bioenergetic inactivity and extensive blockages. Additional work will be required to remove them. Actual physical pain is fairly rare, but intense hot or cold or painful lesions, plus occasional stabbing pains, are rare. They indicate specific energy blockages that usually decrease in intensity as the clearing progresses.

It would be nice to take extra care of the legs and arms, at least when doing these exercises. I recommend making this a habit for anyone doing serious, long-term energy development. If you have problems with the energy of your legs, try warming them in hot water and then brush with a brush, paying special attention to the soles and heels. Scrub your feet until they start to tingle a little, then dry and rub them with a little light oil or body milk. This extra care will give you more information about your feet as the tingling sensation caused by these treatments will last for some time. It will also help to target the focus of sensation in further leg and toe stimulation exercises.

The use of oil, plus massage and reflexology techniques, can be of great help in channeling or clearing energy blockages in the legs. If there are growths of hard skin on the legs, they must be removed, you can consult an orthopedist about this.

Working with Heels

The heels contain large energy structures, and if you do some extra work on them, separate from the feet, with deeper and more intense mixing, in the midst of the stimulation process, it can be very useful. Use a large amount of mixing that covers each heel entirely for at least two minutes (early stages only).

Try dissecting the sensation and stimulating both heels at the same time.

Leg Work

Although the legs are extraordinarily complex energy structures, it is sufficient for developmental purposes to know only the five main energy flows in each leg. As part of the process of sensitization of sensation and the process of releasing blockages of energy, we will work on each of the four outer channels until the entire leg begins to respond as a single channel of energy. When this happens, the internal conductor of the core of the bone marrow will automatically begin to connect to the energy flows. After the legs become more sensitive, both legs will be used together in a single mental rubbing action with split sensation to pump energy into the body, according to the energy pumping methods given later in this book.

The five main channels of the leg are:

Use a wide sweep on the front of each leg, in turn. Scratch, rub, or stroke the entire canal of the leg if you want to enhance sensation. Move awareness from the beginning of the toes, over the top of the foot and ankle, to the shin, to the knee, and to the top of the hip joint on each leg, in turn. Throw the sensation back and forth, up and down, a dozen times on each path. Each leg sweep should last approximately three seconds per pass, up or down. This exercise is designed to stimulate energy flows, not to pump energy. Therefore, cleaning is carried out in both directions. Do this basic routine before each of the following leg exercises.

Repeat the above procedure with the back of each leg, in turn, from the heel to the back of the knee joint, to the hip joint (top of the buttock) and then back to the heel.

Repeat this on the outside of each leg, in turn. Pay special attention to the withdrawal of energy from the little toe, through the outside of the foot to the heel, to the ankle, to the knee, to the top of the outer hip joint, and then back to the ankle.

Repeat this for inside each foot, in turn, from the big toe to the inside of the foot, to the inside of the ankle, to the inside of the knee, to the inside crease of the groin at the top of each leg, and then back.

Pump the energy with a large rub, through each entire leg, feeling the whole leg as if you were walking. Pull sensation all over the leg, through the ankle, through knee-joint to the thigh, and then back across the leg to the foot.

Try to dissect the sensation and do this exercise (of the whole leg) on ​​both legs at once.

Hip Centers

There are four very large secondary energy center vortex openings on the surface at each hip joint. The inner two of these are associated with some particularly sensitive energy structures within the groin, including the sexual primary energy center and the sexual organs. These centers are located on top of the inside of each thigh, in the folds where the large tendons in the thighs enter the groin on each side. These centers must be carefully processed. Please, exactly do the exercises for stimulating the folds of the groin, for this I have highlighted them, and follow the data at the end of this caution section when working on these centers.

First do a wide sweep, on each hip joint in turn, measuring three or four inches (7-10 cm) in diameter, then sweeping up and down, and then from side to side, on the front of the hip joint, then on the outside hip joint, and then on the back of the hip joint. These three centers are not as sensitive as the inner centers on the creases of the thighs, so no precautions need to be taken on them. Stop stimulation as soon as sensations of energy arise. When activated, these centers usually experience heavy throbbing and beating, as well as buzzing and tingling.

At each inner center of the groin crease, first do a toss, an inch or two in diameter. Stop stimulation as soon as this center shows any signs of activity.

Finally, wrap around the entire hip joint, one at a time, covering all four centers. This particular mental action must be done at a slight angle to cover all four centers, in the shape of the hip joint, which may seem a little awkward at first. Do what you can.

Try dissecting the sensation and wrapping both thighs at once, in whichever direction seems easier. Often, split the mental actions, each time moving in opposite directions, this will improve the effect.

Caution - Crotch Centers

The centers of the fold of the groin are the most powerful and sensitive secondary energy centers throughout the body. I do not recommend experimenting with them for the sake of idle curiosity. This can cause extremely heavy pulsations and energetic pulsing sensations that can very easily spread to the genitals if not prevented. Do not overdo stimulation inner centers. As soon as you feel a slight pulsing, beating, tingling or buzzing, leave them alone and move on to the next exercise.

It is quite normal to feel some rather strong pulsating sensations in the centers of the groin folds, and even to feel some slight sexual arousal; especially when you are just starting to work on them. This usually doesn't cause any problems, so don't worry unless these sensations become overly intense or distracting. If sexual arousal begins to be felt, immediately proceed to the next exercise, as this is a sure sign that the centers of the groin folds have become active.

Overstimulation and excessively strong sensations of movement of energy in the centers of the folds of the groin tend to cover the area of ​​the genital organs of the body, and the sexual primary energy center. If this continues, it may cause unusually strong, sustained, prolonged sexual arousal; which will create problems for the following developmental exercises.

If the sensations of energy movement still spread to the groin and genitals and continue to remain there, stop the session and focus the sensation away from this place. Instead, focus the feeling in your hands. Clap your hands hard a few times, and use the resulting tingling in your palms to focus body awareness there. Forcefully hold the sensation in your hands until the focus of sensation stops sliding towards the sex center.

If the above problem persists, get up and take a walk, try to distract yourself from this problem. Walking, jumping, running, clapping your hands and face, or any other vigorous exercise will help. If none of these methods work, take a cold shower; and/or wipe your feet and hands cold water; this usually fixes the problem pretty quickly. Return to the groin in the next development session, but try to work more carefully. However, if the over-stimulation and capture of sensation by the sexual center is repeated in each session, then completely stop working on the center of the folds of the groin, and skip this step in all subsequent development sessions.

In previous articles, I have already talked about the fact that the world in which we live is woven from a special, living matter - energy. And we are made up of the same energy. In other words, we are those who live in the energy-information space.


For a successful, joyful life, we just need to realize who we are, where we are, live according to the rules and laws that exist in this space, and enjoy all the benefits that this space gives us.

What does a person need? For a full joyful life, a person needs strength and information:

  • Information to guide, create masterpieces, be a genius

It is necessary to imagine how at the same time the energy of the Earth flows into the soles of the feet, rises up, fills all the chakras and exits through the crown into the Cosmos, and at the same time the energy of the Cosmos flows into the crown, descends lower along the spine, passes through all the chakras and goes into the earth. Imagine how the energy of the Universe moves freely, dissolving all dark spots and energy blocks.

You can strengthen your energy system with daily workouts. For example, you can combine visualization with breathing:

  1. While inhaling, we connect to the energy of the earth, imagine how the golden energy rises up to the width of the spinal column and goes into the sky. Breathing: inhale at the expense of 1,2,3 + breath holding at 1,2,3.
  2. As you exhale, imagine a downward flow that cleanses the entire spinal column with golden light. Breathing: exhalation 1,2,3,4,5,6 + breath holding 1,2,3.
  3. Next, we do the same breath (1,2,3) + delay (1,2,3) - updraft; exhalation (1,2,3,4,5,6) + delay (1,2,3) - descending. Only in this case, the streams become wider and wider, gradually filling the width of the entire body. The number of times for each his own, as someone will fall on the soul.

If you close the palms of your hands so that all the phalanges of the fingers coincide, then the energy will go in a circle, and the flow will intensify. You just need to make sure that tension does not arise: the arms are relaxed, the elbows hang freely.

The streams of the Universe hold the physical body and lead a person to all the very best. The wider the channel, the better the chakra system works, the more energy a person can absorb and, therefore, direct it to achieve their goals.
