It is possible to connect several independent fans to one filter. Upon request, the filters are completed with an additional (control) cleaning stage, which allows to ensure a residual dust concentration of not more than 0.1 mg/m3. Installation of fans is possible in 2 versions: installation of a high-pressure fan VDP-56S for filter discharge, and installation of a dust fan for discharge.

The bag filter with pulsed bag regeneration is designed to purify air with temperatures up to +260 C° and initial dust content up to 200 g/m³. Regeneration system - pulse purge with compressed air. For outdoor installation, compressed air must be dried to a dew point of -40ºС. The filters are designed for housing pressure (vacuum) up to 5,000 Pa at the temperature of the cleaned air from -40ºС to 80ºС. On request, FRI bag filters can be manufactured for the temperature of the cleaned air up to 130ºС.

The basic package of FRI bag filters includes:

  • filter section
  • control cabinet
  • collector with nozzles for connection to the fire extinguishing system
  • receiver with reducer and filter-moisture separator
  • temperature sensors
  • level sensors.

Bag filters FRI are supplied in several configurations:

  • Package 1-Designed for installation on a storage hopper.
  • Package 2- has its own base. The collected dust is collected in a roll-out trolley.
  • Package 3- has its own base. With a continuous unloading device (sluice reloader). A soft container, pneumatic transport, auger, etc. can be attached to the sluice loader.
  • Package 4- has its own base. With a mini silo with a capacity of up to 15 m³. The mini silo has a mixing device and a sluice loader. This allows periodic unloading of dust without stopping the aspiration system.

As an additional purification stage, a control stage of non-regenerating filters can be installed.

The filter housing has a welded or prefabricated structure. A noise-absorbing section can be installed in the upper part of the filter to accommodate the fan. The noise level will be no more than 70 dBa.

Bag filters with impulse purge and dust settling chamber UVP-ST-S-FRI (hereinafter referred to as Units) are designed for dry air purification from dust and aerosols.
The UVP-ST-S-FRI units belong to the middle class and can be used both as a low-cost aspiration system for small workshops, and for air purification from fine dust generated during the operation of grinding equipment, repacking of building materials, plasma cutting, shot blasting, shotblasting and sandblasting equipment. The small dimensions of the units allow them to be placed directly in the production room.
The UVP-ST-S-FRI units are a prefabricated metal structure consisting of a dust settling chamber (7), a filter block (6), made in a single housing.
Dust from the dust settling chamber enters the soft accumulator. Instead of a storage tank, a pneumatic conveying system can be connected to the Dust Extraction Unit.

Efficient bag filters for aspiration are a universal type of equipment designed to purify the air space from dust, gas and other impurities.
