  1. The leaves are left for several hours in the open air so that they wilt and become softer.

  3. The resulting raw material is put into an enameled container with a layer of 1-1.5 cm and again left for several hours.
  4. The leaves should darken and acquire a different smell, after which they are dried in an oven, oven or special dryer.

The “tea” prepared in this way from Ivan-tea and currant is mixed in equal proportions and brewed in the usual way. Tea leaves are placed in the teapot at the rate of 1 tsp. per cup, then pour hot water (about 90 degrees) and leave for about half an hour.

Such tea can be drunk chilled, as it does not lose its taste and beneficial properties.

To prepare it, you need to take:

  • currant leaves;
  • mint;
  • lemon balm;
  • loose black tea.

All ingredients are mixed in a ratio of 2:1:1:0.5 (if you do not have lemon balm, then the proportion will look like 2:2:0.5). Next, the collection is brewed at the rate of 1 tbsp. l. for 1 cup of hot water (200 ml) and leave for about 15 minutes.
