OPERATING PROCEDURE

The room in which the Premium 40 boiler is installed must be provided with natural ventilation. It is forbidden to cover the grilles of the ventilation ducts.

Setting the control knob to the desired position is done by lightly pressing and turning to the desired position.

In the initial (off) position, the control knob is in the "point" position. The pilot and main burners are extinguished (the gas supply to them is blocked).

To ignite the pilot burner, the control knob is moved to the "spark" position.

In this position, the control knob is kept pressed to the stop, while the piezo igniter button is pressed (if necessary several times) until the pilot burner lights up (look through the viewing window). After the pilot burner lights up, the knob is held down for at least 30 seconds, after which the knob is released and moved to the flame position. When starting the boiler for the first time, it is necessary to keep the boiler on the pilot burner for at least 3 minutes, after which it must be switched to the “torch” position. When the control knob is moved to the “torch” position, the gas supply to the main burner is blocked once.

The device is turned off by turning the handle to the "point" position. The pilot and main burners (if lit) will go out.

INSTALLATION, PREPARATION FOR WORK

The volume of the room in which the boiler is installed must be at least 8 m3. The distance between the boiler lining and the walls must be at least:

The room in which the boiler is installed must be provided with natural ventilation.

When installing the boiler heating network it is necessary to lay a sheet of non-combustible heat-insulating material on the floor, on top - a sheet of iron, install a boiler on it. The connection of the Premium boiler to the gas pipeline must be made through dielectric insulation.

The connections of the boiler with the heating system and the gas main must be threaded, allowing, if necessary, to disconnect the boiler. If the Premium boiler is installed to replace the old boiler, it is imperative to flush the pipelines and radiators of the heating system from rust deposits, scale and sediment. If these requirements are not met, the products of deposits (rust, sediment) are transferred to the boiler, which significantly complicates the circulation of the coolant and reduces the heat transfer of the Premium 40 boiler. In this case, claims regarding the temperature indicators of the coolant during boiler operation are not accepted by the manufacturer.

With increased heat costs of the room (the thickness of the external walls of the house, the integrity of windows and doors, the wiring of the heating system pipes in attics, attics that are not insulated, the excess of its area or a significant excess of the coolant capacity - the number of radiators, pipes) from those established by the standards, the temperature of the coolant can not reach 80 °C, which does not mean that the boiler is defective.

The expansion tank is installed at the top of the main riser, preferably in a heated room. It is forbidden to install a valve on the signal pipe.

Horizontal sections of pipelines of the heating system must be made with a slope of at least 10 mm per 1 meter towards the heating radiators and from them to the boiler. This is done in order to ensure the free exit of air when filling the system with water and eliminates the occurrence of air pockets.

Pipelines, heating radiators and their connections must be sealed, water leaks are not allowed.
