Smythe hero classes

Types of buffs in the game

In total, Smite has 5 types of buffs that are given for killing neutral monsters:

  • Red- Gives you extra damage to auto attacks.

  • Blue- Provides mana regeneration.
  • Orange- This buff increases the character's movement speed.

How to start the game correctly

Immediately after the system has picked up a sufficient number of players and the character selection window opens, you should write in the chat which lane you plan to go to. If you are new or your option has already been taken, then you should change your choice or try to convince another player to change the hero. Never choose a hero without talking about your choice in the chat. Firstly, this can seriously affect the gameplay, as team tactics will get a serious imbalance, and secondly, it will be you who will be blamed for all the problems and possible defeat.


Also keep an eye on the choice of other players. Having two mages or two assassins in a team will negatively affect the outcome of the duel, unless the opposing team has similar problems.

Monsters

Golden Fury

When the Fury is killed, all team members receive 300 gold. The Fury usually has a lot of HP and is quite strong, but with proper dexterity, even one player can kill her (usually the Assassin and Hunter classes can do this). It is recommended to fight the Golden Fury alone after reaching level 15, as well as in the presence of 4 items.

The death of the Fire Giant allows the team to receive a special buff that grants health and mana regeneration, as well as increases physical and magical attack. Tactics of the game for different classes

Mage

If you are playing a mage, then you should go to the central lane (mid) or solo.


If you went to mid, then, as early as possible, you should pick up the red buff, which is located between the duo-lane and mid. All this time, try to coordinate your actions with the players of the Defender and (or) Hunter class, since the magician is rather weak on early stages games. After the buff is picked up, we return to the mid.


Your main task is to try to push through your line, and then go help the allies. Moreover, the mid will most often become an object of attack, and therefore we recommend that you place wards on both sides of the forest.


During team battles, try to neutralize enemy mages and carries, while you don’t need to be heroic and ask for trouble. Remember that a good magician is a living magician, and therefore you should not get carried away and lose your head in pursuit of the next frag. When you die, you not only give the enemy experience and gold, but also leave your lane unprotected.


If you decide to go to the solo lane, then your first priority is to help the Forester pick up an orange buff. If everything goes well, then in gratitude for this, he will help you get a blue buff. After that, the tactics of the game will be about the same as in the mid. We push through our line, after which we help the allies, periodically returning to solo to defend and repel the attack.

Forester

At the beginning of the game, you should stock up for comfortable farming in the jungle. Bumba's Mask items will help us with this, which will suit almost all gods. For the characters Thanatos and Ne Zha, you should buy Death's Toll, since they have passives that give good healing, but additional damage will not hurt them. You should also purchase boots to increase the hero's mobility, as well as Hand of the Gods to quickly kill cyclops. With the remaining money we buy potions to restore HP.

Defender

Also, this item allows you to farm effectively, destroying creeps scurrying along the lane. After that, we go to mid and help a teammate get a red buff. We actively put wards on the lane and help our carry to farm, not letting him die, and we ourselves try to survive.


In the mid game, Hand of the Gods can be upgraded to Wrath of the Gods to make it easier to defeat the Golden Fury and the Fire Giant. Also, towards the end of the game, we will become more tenacious, which will allow us to withstand big number damage without dying. Of the skills, as a rule, they must swing:

Mammonite Lv.10- this is the main combat skill of the merchant, but still quite expensive in the early stages of the game, as it requires 1000 zeny per hit.

For other skills, it is best to create a separate merchant who will sell loot and buy consumables at a discount. It is much more convenient and in time you will understand why.

First you can swing on poporings or on the first floor of Payon dungeon on skeletons, zombies and bats. Do not forget that the main stat for the merchant, which increases the attack, is strength, and therefore it is she who swings at the beginning (minimum 50).
