With cottage cheese

This recipe can be used on Alternate. Take 125 g of dry granular cottage cheese (0%), isolate (60 g) and 30 ml of fat-free yogurt. You also need oat and wheat bran, baking powder (2 tbsp / 1 tbsp / 5 g) and gluten (1 tbsp). To add sweetness, use a small amount of fitparad.
