Being a deep old man, Martinian stayed at the Panteleimon Monastery on Mount Athos. Some time later, he learned that a monastery was being built in the Caucasus, on the Black Sea coast. It was called New Athos for copying structures on the holy Mount Athos.

The fate of the first, famous image of the "Redeemer" has been known since 1841. The image stayed with the monk Martimian, a monk of one of the Athos monasteries. In his homeland, in Sparta, there was a disaster - a devastating invasion of locusts. According to the testimonies of pious people, the prayer of Father Martimian and all the inhabitants of the city before the image of the Mother of God saved him from the possible destruction of the crop and the danger of famine. Many people know the miraculous icon of the Mother of God "Sovereign", which appeared on the day of the overthrow of the monarchy in Russia - March 15, 1917. But only a few believers know that in the terrible year of 1917, on October 8 (old style), in the small pious village of Tashla, before many persecutions of Christians and bloody civil strife, the icon of the Mother of God "Deliverer from troubles" appeared to three girls. Moreover, the Mother of God Herself blessed the village with a spring that gushed at the site of the appearance of a new shrine.

The image was brought to the Trinity village church, the priest served a moleben before the icon, and the villagers began to approach it with prayer. Several miracles were soon witnessed. The Most Holy Theotokos also pointed people to the spring: one day the image disappeared and was discovered on a source forgotten after the discovery of the icon. Then the tradition of pilgrims and those praying in front of the icon "The Redeemer from Troubles" was born to dip in the source, congratulating each other: "With the shrine!"
