Background and purpose of the game

Ghosts live in very old houses, but not terrible, but very kind, with their harmless hobbies. So, for example, Barabashka takes photographs of various objects. Most of all, he likes to photograph an armchair, a book, a bottle, a mouse, and himself. But sometimes in photographs these objects turn out to be completely different in color from what they really are, that is, instead of red, the chair can be gray, blue, green, and even white, like the ghost itself. The same miracles happen with other objects. So Lamb needs the help of players, which can be from two to eight people, starting even from the age of six and without maximum restrictions
Do you want to help Barabashka? In order for the correct object to disappear, it must be grabbed very quickly! you just need to figure out which subject is the right one !!

So the correct items are:
- Red chair
- White Lamb
- Blue book
- Green bottle
- Gray mouse

But, attention!!! On the first photo, for example! Our original bottle is green! And the cards also show/"photographed" both white and red and gray bottles. And besides the blue book, there is also a red, and a white, and a gray book.

Before the game, all five items must be placed in the center of the table so that the participants can easily reach them. Then carefully shuffle the deck and place it side by side with the shirts up. Now we are ready to help the unlucky ghost. One of the players opens the top card, and everyone tries to determine which of the items is hidden on the card and get it before the rest.





There may be two options for this:
- One of the objects depicted on the map matches the color of the corresponding object in the center of the table? Then, without hesitation, we grab a suitable item (photo 3 is a green bottle, photo 4 is a blue book).
- There are no objects on the map which would simultaneously match in color and shape with any object in the center of the table? Then we need an item that, firstly, is not on the map. And secondly, the color of this object is missing on the map (photo 1 - red chair, photo 2 - green bottle).
As soon as we have identified the item we are looking for, we grab it without hesitation. But take care of your hands, as there will be many who want to. But remember, you only have one try! If you are correct, you can pick up and put the current card in front of you. If you make a mistake, give one of your cards to the participant who chooses the correct item. If all participants made a mistake, then everyone must give one of their cards. These cards along with open card are placed under the common deck.
After the deck of shots runs out, the player with the most cards wins.

The topic of board games is the most interesting for me. And just as my daughter was drawn into this world, the phrase "board game for children" began to appear regularly in my search engine. And I really understand that here I am "rummaging" - I follow the news, ask the opinion of my friends and run to buy all the most interesting! Basic rules of the game Barabashka:

• If the object from the picture and its figurine on the table match in color, then we grab it.
• If not a single object on the card matches the color of the figurine, then we select the desired figurine as follows: exclude the drawn objects, and then exclude the depicted colors. As a result, one single figure remains, neither the color nor the image of which is on the card. Now let's grab it.

The first person to grab the figurine correctly receives a card as a bonus point.

The player with the most cards is declared the winner.

My daughter found this game under the Christmas tree and since then we have not removed it far. The game is of high quality, thoughtful, the rules are easy and are explained in two sentences. Quickly grab the right item and you will win! The logic is simple - either it is an exact copy of what is in the picture - the shape and color, or it is the object - the shape and color of which is not in the picture.

It is easiest for my 4 year old to find exactly the same object, even I do not have time to analyze it yet, and she already holds a victorious red chair or a white lamb in her hands. It is more difficult to teach thoughtfully to weed out incorrect objects, it seems that everything is reasoning correctly, but it often takes the wrong object, and you begin to analyze with it - it understands everything, but lends itself to impulse and passion. A child of 6 years old, of course, will already be much easier. But I also play with mine I will - straight sometimes I hear how the brain boils and this cannot but rejoice. The figurines are excellently made, the only thing is that the wooden mouse could have been made grayer, and Blue colour the pictures are bluer, otherwise they can be easily confused.

If the card does not have an image or the correct color. For example, a map with a red ghost and a green book is open (photo on the left) ... All this does not match: there is no green book, and there is no red ghost. Therefore, it is necessary to grab something that is not found on the card either in color or in essence - that is, a gray mouse.

We usually buy board games in Moscow at the Igroved store, we have already done this ten times. Everything was always good, but even if some kind of game with marriage came across, the trouble is not great, the husband goes to Moscow every week, he can always change. We bought this game when it was very important that everything was in order: my husband flew home for a month of vacation, and could not change the game if something happened. Let's start the game.

Our goal is to grab one of the five objects faster than our opponents according to the following two principles: if the color and shape of the object matches the figure, then grab it without hesitation.

Blue mouse on a red chair - the color of the chair matches, and the player who grabs the wooden chair first gets this card as an asset.
The second criterion by which you can grab an item is that there is not a single item of the correct color on the map. Then we grab a figurine, the shape and color of which is not in the picture.

But this is already more complicated... The armchair is red, and the bottle is green - none of them match the picture. So - we need a figure that is not blue and not white color, not a chair and not a bottle. Grab your mouse! It is gray (there is no such color on the map) and the mouse itself is also not in the picture.

If you make a mistake, then you give one card from the asset to the player who correctly grabbed the item in this round, and if you hesitated and didn’t have time to grab anything, you simply won’t get anything. You can’t grab more than two items, and you can use only one hand.

When the deck runs out, we count the cards earned - whoever has more of them wins! The winner puts on a white sheet, picks up a candle and goes to the neighbors at twelve o'clock at night for a "pinch of salt."

Fun and educational game for kids. I would say that this is the first step before "" - the principle is the same, but the "circle of suspects" is much less. Map Options

The cards show combinations of two items out of a total of five. Some of the cards have images that match in color and shape with one of the items in the game.

Example: a map showing a red mouse and a green bottle. Here the image of the bottle completely coincides both in shape and in color with the object.

The other part of the cards is made in such a way that the colors and shapes of the objects depicted on them coincide with four objects and, accordingly, one of which will be unique, that is, its color and shape will not be on the card.

Example: A card with a picture of a blue bottle and a white book. The bottle here fits in shape, the Lamb in color, the book is also in shape, the mouse in color. The red chair remains, it is unique, since neither the chair nor the red object is shown on the card.

Start

The goal of the board game Lamb is to collect as many cards as possible, that is, to guess a unique item and thereby win the card being played. The game ends when the deck runs out.

In order to start the game, you need to lay out all 5 game items so that all players can freely reach them. Next, carefully mix the deck and open the top card.

The game has two conditions:

First: the card is taken by the player who first grabs the object, the color and shape of which is on the card.
Second: the card will be won by the participant who first chooses an item whose textures and colors are not present on the card.

If someone took the wrong item

It is not uncommon for several players to grab the wrong item that the card intended. In this case, the winner of the round according to the rules of the board game Lamb takes the card, and the players who took the wrong item also give him one of their cards.

If none of the participants guessed the item, everyone discards one card into the general discard.
